Stopped by for a quick bite with an empty drive-thru and thought I’d be in and out… but nope. As soon as a few cars pulled in, I was left waiting inside for 15 minutes, watching my food sit there getting cold while six other cars were served. When I asked why, the staff said they prioritize the drive-thru over walk-in customers—even though I was the only one inside! Unbelievable. It’s clear the management here needs a serious wake-up call. Not the kind of experience I’d recommend 🙄.

Nice service, they where able to let me order just a grilled chicken filet for my dog and she was super friendly with my dog :). I would come more often if they had dog treats ?
Ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl combo from drive thru. Never will I ever again!! I asked for no meat because they notoriously have rubbery meat. I also asked for no sauce and ended up with a bowl of white rice. What kind of absolute nonsense is this? They don’t even answer their phone so that I can get resolution. Boo JBX just Boo.

It is a disaster, I feel bad for the employees, the cashier on drive through was not even able to take my order, he asked me to wait and never came back to actually take my order, there was like 4 cars behind me, do not know if they have no staff but they meade me wait around 15 minutes without taking my order. When I got to the window the cashier was not even there. Pretty bad
