Got my drive through order wrong. Very disappointing and frustrating when you are in a rush with young kids. I should have known because I detected a slight attitude in the employee’s voice when taking the order.

As soon as a few cars pulled in, I was left waiting inside for 15 minutes, watching my food sit there getting cold while six other cars were served. When I asked why, the staff said they prioritize the drive-thru over walk-in customers—even though I was the only one inside! Unbelievable. It’s clear the management here needs a serious wake-up call. Not the kind of experience I’d recommend 🙄.
