Ordered 8 tacos at the drive thru. Nobody else was in drive thru line. The order was ready when I got to the window for pickup. I said to my wife this is too fast. We got home in about 6 minutes. The tacos were ice cold, and there was very little lettuce grease everywhere. This is the second order in about 3 weeks that was wrong or cold. The other was, We went thru the drive thru ordered burgers, double Jack's one was missing the a burger patty.

Could not get my order correctly, even when I waited for it to be made again... and when I got the food was not up to the standard for this chain...Hard Boba.Dry sandwiches.Prices have gone up again.Just don't even bother.So many better choices nearby.I will not be back.

Rarely have had a good experience at this Jack in the Box. Cold burger, lukewarm chicken sandwich, ordered a spicy chicken jack wrap got 2 mini tacos instead. $2 difference.

Horrible. Went through the drive thru, and the person taking the order wasn't paying attention to anything I was saying. I stayed my order, then got silence followed by "excuse me?" So I repeated my order, asked for an extreme sausage combo with no egg. She repeated it but didnt put down no egg. I ordered something else, and when I was done I asked her to read back my order, and she only gave me the total. Asked her to read it back again, so she did, and it was all wrong. I told her it was wrong, and she made an annoyed sound and asked me to go to the window. I left in frustration. Then attempted to call to talk to a manager about it, but of course they don't bother answering the phone. They were not busy at this time by the way.

Come on, it's Jack in the Box not Ruth-Chris. The food is good, the staff does their job and the restrooms are decent. What more can you ask for in a fast food restaurant.
