Hands down one of the best customers service restaurants in murrieta of antelope road the young lady with the braids in her hair is amazing she's very nice and professional I would come back just for the service she deserves a raise
This place is mediocre at best. I don't know what the atmosphere is like cuz I haven't been inside since they spent all that money renovating the building. Why they went to all that expense I have no idea cuz I never see anyone inside. We always go thru the drive up.

They always mess up my order here! They gave me the wrong order. My fries were half way filled. The service is bad. I get it, itās the weekend and they put the high schoolers who donāt care. Maybe itās my fault for going around that time.

Super slow drive thru. Didnāt ask if I wanted any sauce for my nuggets, didn't put napkins in my bag and the young boy needs to work on smiling.
Nancy is the sweetest and makes you feel like family as soon as you walk in the door. 10/10 recommend coming to this location!!

"Garden salad" was made of lettuce and two chicken strips, nothing else! SO P.O."d over this. My sons fries, cold. Do better training and quality control!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Drive thru service was fast and efficient. What Iāve enjoyed from this location is the friendliness of the employees especially the young gentleman āJoseā. I was literally having the worst day because I had been sick for about a week and wasnāt feeling better and my two young picky children were hungry and I didnāt feel like cooking so I stopped at Jack and JOSE was soooo patient, kind, attentive, and had excellent customer service. He also made my meal a little cheaper since everything was taken off of it from the kids not wanting this and that like Mayo,ketchup, onions, pickles etcā¦.Jose was absolutely amazing and attentive and really helped turned my day around from his kindness. Maybe I just get lucky with the good, happy and best employees :) my food is always fresh and tastes great. Overall it was such a positive experience at this location and I hope the managers here recognize Jose for his customer service and patience. Such a positive experience.
