I usually have a great experience with Jamba juice, but today I went in and ordered a peach perfection with granola on top , and I found a big piece of what seemed to be plastic and little bits of hard plastic chunks in my drink this is completely un exceptable! I tried calling the store all day and only got a AI generated message saying this subscriber isn't available! They next to fix the phone. What kind of business dosent have a working phone, I will be contacting the manager today .

Back in the days, Jamba Juice was five-star service and the prices were around $3 — fair, quick, and friendly. Now it’s a different story. Prices have jumped to $10+ for a drink, and the service has dropped to about 2–3 stars.
The whole vibe feels more like the TikTok/Instagram generation — distracted, not the same level of care or attention. I honestly don’t think they’ll last too much longer if this keeps up.

I would order here multiple times a week if the owner actually cared about the cleanliness. It’s absolutely disgusting in there. The ceiling is molded and it just makes you feel so gross. You don’t even wanna drink or consume anything from there 🤮

Just had one of the best razzmatazz’s I’ve ever had. This is a tricky drink. That’s hard to make right. If one of the ingredients is off. It will ruin the entire drink. So whoever the blendmaster was on this shift she did an amazing job!
The guy helping me was super nice and accommodating. Even after I forgot my wallet he was really chill about it.
