I usually have a great experience with Jamba juice, but today I went in and ordered a peach perfection with granola on top , and I found a big piece of what seemed to be plastic and little bits of hard plastic chunks in my drink this is completely un exceptable! Back in the days, Jamba Juice was five-star service and the prices were around $3 — fair, quick, and friendly. Now it’s a different story. Prices have jumped to $10+ for a drink, and the service has dropped to about 2–3 stars.
The whole vibe feels more like the TikTok/Instagram generation — distracted, not the same level of care or attention. I honestly don’t think they’ll last too much longer if this keeps up.

Some of the nicest staff works at this location, turning out some of the best drinks that I’ve had in a long time
