Horrible customer service. I asked for them to add lettuce, tomato and mayo to my cheesesteak sandwich. I get to the car and lo and behold they didn’t put any of it on. I came back in ad the to girls got all snooty about it. No apology on sorry nothing!! They lost my business and I will make sure I spread the word to everyone I know

Eli and Brian always go above and beyond every time I come in. They’re friendly, quick, and make sure every sandwich is made just right. You can tell they take pride in what they do and care about their customers. It’s always a great experience when they’re working — the food’s fresh, the service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Definitely the best team at Jersey Mike’s!
