The staff at this store is amazing. They create a very welcoming, positive and pleasant environment. I was here a few weeks ago and Isaac helped me. He was sooo rad! Kind, good vibes, an all around good dude. Today, the three retentive working here carried the same aura. I was completely blown away. This store staff, and leadership are the benchmark of great customer service and customer experience. PLEASE commend the employees here. They're doing an outstanding job!!!

I got a severe case of food poisoning after eating here. It’s easy for me to trace it back to this because I fast daily and typically only eat one meal a day. On this day, I ate a jersey mikes California club.First off, the service was great. Nothing against the employees.But damn, I ate the sandwich at 7pm and woke up at 2am with a fever and the need to use the restroom. Threw up for the first time in 20 years. Took the day off of work to recover from a fever, stomach pain and diarrhea.I’m a healthy 30 yr old so it was crazy the severity of illness I got from eating here. Just giving people a heads up to be careful.

My wife did an online order for pick up tonight. Walked in and they had 3 people working. No one acknowledged for 5 minutes until I finally asked for the order. Then we get home and the extra meat and mushrooms that were charged at 1.25 each aren't on our sandwiches and the chicken cheesesteak my wife ordered was switched with a plain STEAK AND CHEESE. This one and the hidden springs one here in Wildomar seem to hire workers that can't follow simple instructions on the receipt that prints out when an order is placed. Sorry to the workers, I get it, food industry is awful, but at least follow the instructions on the orders. If you were making all those sandwiches for your friends or family, would you take the time to read the receipts attached to the bag and make them right? Should we as customers be opening every wrapped up "sub above" to inspect to make sure it is right?

This place is the sandwich place on earth!! They are the nice people there and they are not mad at all! The place are nice and clam they are the most friendly people in the world. The food is so good I have some for lunch. The are always are good with the people!
The staff here is always awesome. Everytime I pickup my order, they are attentive and the order is made right. The sandwiches are delicious and fresh. Like any sandwich, it must be tried to see if its all that special. These subs are the ones to beat.You can tell if people love the food by how busy the place is, and there are always hungry patrons directing the staff on which veggies, meats and condiments to stuff into the delicious fresh made Italian bread.

We had a party for my daughter and we ordered "Subs by the Box". We arrived to the store to pick up the subs, everything was prepared and ready for us when we got there. The boxes come with everything you need: Paper plates, napkins, all the regular condiments, mayo, mustard and even little vinegar and oil bottles! So cute! All the sandwiches were individually wrapped, clearly labeled and just as delicious and fresh as any other visit to Jersey Mike's. Everyone at our party loved the quality and variety of sandwiches! Forget the Hot Dogs and Hamburgers and standing over a hot bbq! These boxes are so easy and convenient, we will definitely be ordering these again for future parties!

The employee's at this location seem to have maturity issues and trouble maintaining their responsibilities adequately.Went here to pick up a mobile order for Doordash. I was told it was being worked on. Okay, cool, no problem. My app said it was to be picked up within 3 minutes and though this is usually pretty accurate, I know there is a glitch in the system sometimes where the store doesn't recieve the ticket right away. However, the ticket was already printed out and on the line. I've managed a sandwich shop and other restaurants similar, and we usually always get the ticket printed out long before the Dasher comes to pick it up.I ended up waiting 20 minutes before asking them if the order was ready yet, even though I knew it wasn't. They continue to serve walk-in guests and forget that people who do mobile orders exist.All of a sudden, they said it was being worked on now, and in a few more minutes, they had it ready. Imagine that.I asked why it took so long and was told its because it was a hot sub, and they are backed up. Okay, I understand the struggle, but as a former manager at a similar place with half the staff and double the orders, I know that it definitely does not take as long as they claimed to make this order. The manager on duty was an 18 y/o kid with no life experience or leadership qualities and could not admit that they had simply forgotten about the order.Summary: GM should appoint their leadership positions to workers with respectable features and quality work ethic. Either that or work with these guys more frequently and mentor them on how to be a more responsible adult and take responsibility for their actions.(Note to owner, I'll delete this bad review upon your reply. I would email you directly if I had the contact info. Just wanted to make you aware of the issue of how your workers treat mobile order guests and make excuses when they are in the wrong. This location has a serious issue with quality control. I have ordered here 5 times recently and 4 of the times they put mayonnaise in my sandwich even though I specifically requested it not be.On the last time (before today) I called them to let them know its a constant issue when I use them for Door dash. Today I used them today and not only did my sand-which again have mayonnaise this time there is so much of it its insane. They put it on in multiple layers even (some between the meat and cheese and some more between the meat and toppings. Its hard to not feel like it was done on purpose this time in retaliation for the complaint.
