Yesterday forgot cheese in son’s sub and today my wrap stuck and broke apart n the meat is dry. Won’t be wasting money again with them. Garbage!

Jersey Mike's has always been one of my favorite sandwich shops. The customer service at this location is great, and they are patient, especially when you can't decide exactly what you're hungry for. They slice the meat right in front of you once you order, and they make sure to stack quite a bit of meat on the bread. Their bread is always fresh too, and the price is decent. I typically order the regular size and that fills me up.

Great subs I am hooked since trying them. I live nearby but always went to subway instead..big mistake.. Mikes is the place for me and I will never look back. The service was a little iffy when I went in but who wants to be at work these days. I'll go again but make sure I know how online ordering works because they do not help. It's the oils for me and the pickles! I have been twice in the last week and may go again tomorrow!

I can't believe I was racially profiled and accused of stealing. The employee told me first I needed to pay for my drink that I brought in from vons. I had told the manager that you don't have the drink that I have he repeatedly said that no you still need to pay for this drink and kept arguing with me. I told the manager why do I need to pay for a drink that you don't have then I showed him his fridge with all the flavors and all he could say was oh we don't have that drink. There was no apology and the manager was so rude. Mike wouldn't be racist to me.

I am not a sandwich guy and I usually don't get why these places are so popular. Most of sand which's at the other chains have more calories than a Big Mac and Fry's Also. It's just as easy to make one at home. This place changed all of that for me. I can order via an app and not hassle with the silly line dance with is plain awkward. The bread, meat and cheese seem to be of better quality and just tastes damn good.

I love Jersey Mike's more than mom and pop shops or "real" Philly cheesesteak places. Why? Because they have signature ingredients that are hard to replicate. The thing about "real" Philly places is that they don't have a signature flavor. In these places if you go to a supermarket and pick up the ingredients and make your own Philly, you would have something that tastes close. Which is fine and that's important I realized when talking to a lot of people. But I'm big on signature flavors. Does McDonald's have the best food? Of course not but you go there because you want McDonald's. Same with me and the Jersey Mike's Philly.
8/15/23 5pm ish went in today and the crew making our sandwiches were all over the place. When we had asked what toppings they had other than the stuff on display they were hesitant to tell us. So we asked for mayo and the guy cutting meat rolled their eyes at us as if we were inconveniencing them because they had to grab it from the back. If the employees don't like being asked what other toppings/sauces they have that aren't on display.. maybe you should consider having a list of all toppings displayed on the sneeze guard or menu. Also, we ordered three California subs, one with no juice and they put juice on all of them. Lastly, one was missing bacon and avocado.... Which is what they up charge you for in the first place. So disappointed.. the line was long and so I get the panic but take your time to do something right the first time and you won't have to do it again. And people will leave satisfied with their experience regardless of the wait time.Meat cutter dude needs an attitude check

I'm never disappointed coming here the staff is always tentative and fast with their service. The sandwiches are the best around for a hot chicken cheese steak. Show subway how real sandwiches are done! Excellent food.
