Terrible worker is terrible! Complete order totally incorrect & is wearing NAILS!

This is my second time to this location this week and the staff is slow and just finest seem to have any sense of urgency. The owner needs to stop being cheap and have more than 1 person working at a time. It’s sad they leave a clueless kid all by them selfs with 10 people all waiting as she moves at a snails pace to fill orders.

Ordered two smoothie bowls and they took over 30 minutes to make them. When we finally received them we were surprised that the smoothie part was frozen solid so they were pre-made meaning it took them over 30 minutes just to add toppings. The smoothie was so solid it was inedible until it melted. We won’t return.

This review is not against the employee that was working because I really felt bad for him.
This review is for management and for whoever makes the schedule I came in to get one smoothie there was 2 people ahead of me and 1 worker it took 30 min to get my smoothie the only my reason I didn't leave was because it would of taken prob another 15 min to get a refund. I am never coming here again it should not take this long to make a juice.

Ive had the absolute slowest service & almost the rudest service here. I come and order two drinks while it’s only me and one other guest in the building.

Two employees on shift , one took 15mins to make a smoothie and a juice. While NOBODY WAS IN HERE.

Also out of concern -
A girl in black hair with bangs & glasses was giving out another employees shift to a customer is most definitely a safety concern especially when it’s an older gentleman asking and only girls working during this shift.

Highly encourage a manager to help uplift the team for a better experience.

Im a self proclaimed Juice aficionado, and hands down this place has the freshest ingredients, BEST service, and went above and beyond to correct an order issue that was really my fault. Its been a long time since Ive had that level of customer service that matched the quality in product.

I work outside sales I go to many different use sit ups all over the place and I am highly letdown. I just got a dragon fruit sunset in large and it tastes water down. No good. The only Juice It Up! that gets it right all the time is the one in Norco. I finally learned my lesson. I will never buy another smoothie from any other Juice It Up! besides the one in Norco completely let down what a waste of money and time.
