I placed an online order for three meals. Two of my meals were incorrect with the wrong pieces of chicken. I asked for all of my combos to be leg legs and thighs, and they replaced two of The three-piece combos with wings And a breast. Instead of just waiting or not fulfilling the order they gave me the wrong items that my family was not even able to eat since my kids don’t eat those Types of chicken pieces. I call back in to try to bring my food back down to get it replaced and they told me to go through my app. There’s nothing they can do about it so for me to just chalk it up as a loss pretty much terrible customer service.

Went thru the drive thru today around 8:25 pm spent $50 on a family meal, chicken sandwich, and a chicken pot pie. I was in a rush don’t really have time to check my bag to make sure everything was there. Took about 25 mins to get home only to find that my chicken pot pie was not in the bag, called the restaurant about 5 times no answer. $8 what a waste.

Walked in, ordered 2 large buckets of thighs. 14 in a bucket. Was told couldn't do that, had to have 7 thighs, 7 drumsticks. I had purchased 14 piece thigh buckets in the past. As I had a neighborhood party waiting I agreed to the two mixed buckets. After driving 5 minutes to my dinner location I opened up the buckets to find both thighs and drumsticks to be not crisp at all and actually mushy, soggy. My group and I were very disappointed in the product which in the past had been excellent. The large buckets and coleslaw, which also didn't seem to be quite up to par cost almost $80 and it was not well spent on the inferior product I received. I am 90 years old, 100% disabled retired Marine and I have eaten at KFC for a good part of my life. Today without a doubt was my worst experience. I am sorry to have to have written this. Tomorrow I will go to the location where I purchased the product and relay this information to those present personally.

These fast food restaurants are just overboard on the price you got to start going out and buying your own food and cooking it at home if you want to save 10000 of dollars a year you can go buy a chicken for 6 bucks in the store but you got to pay KFC $50 for the same chicken with some mashed potatoes which is cheap and macaroni and cheese which is cheap never again will I go to a fast food restaurant just the other day I went to Taco Bell it was $48 for $7 that's outrageously ridiculous it's all because of Newsome and his give them $20 an hour which screws every person if you go back East you get better prices on everything even gas why is California such a screwed-up place you got to pay 10 times the amount I thought it was united we stand divided we fall on your separating the East with the west and causing big problems why should they get to pay less for everything and we got to pay gold prices something's going on

The food was horrid. The chicken barely had any meat. It tasted like it had been boiled and then breaded and half fried. The mashed potatoes came with the gravy already on them. So instead of mashed potatoes with gravy it was gravy potato soup. The only edible part was the biscuits. I've never been so disappointed

Horrible experience at Cal Oaks location. The manager was a jerk and very rude. Could care less about the customers and we will never go back. No customer service at all. Cole slaw was good however. When I tried to order the 8 piece chicken meal, manager said it had to be 1/2 crispy and 1/2 regular. No where was that posted anywhere in the restaurant.

If I could give less stars I would. What an awful location. It was dirty inside, there was a smell coming from the bathroom that was just awful and smelled like there was no ventilation and they needed to call a plumber. The restaurant itself was dirty. The tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a year, the floors looked like they hadn't seen a mop in months. I don't even want to imagine what the kitchen looked like.
The food was beyond terrible. We order a 14pc extra crispy and the chicken tasted like it was made a week ago and just sat in oil. We'll never be back here again.
