This is not the first time, no one answered the phone, the door was locked, and their opening hours are a mystery. Can anyone tell me the exact opening hours?

Regrettably, I need to express my dissatisfaction through this review. My family and I have been loyal patrons of this establishment for a couple of years, experiencing no prior issues until today. Despite always having a slight hesitation about dining here, the allure of their savory Pho kept us returning.I've sensed a certain coldness from the owner's young daughter and her reticent brother, who seems perpetually disgruntled. Upon our recent visit, we noticed an absence of condiments at our table. Thinking nothing of it, I fetched a sauce caddy from another table. This seemed to rub the daughter the wrong way, as she pointed out that it was her responsibility, albeit in a dismissive tone. I let it slide, we placed our standard order for Pho, inadvertently omitting our preference to exclude greens. I even apologized for the oversight, accustomed to their younger brother who usually takes our order and recognizes our preferences. However, she bluntly informed us of his absence and that he hadn't taken our order.Despite settling the bill in full, which typically amounts to over $60 for three servings of Pho, we expect our meal to be prepared to our liking. Upon departure, she declared she would refuse us service in the future due to what she perceived as an indifferent attitude on my part, particularly when I requested the greens be removed from our dishes.I recalled another review mentioning discrimination, and reflecting on several past experiences, I regrettably feel compelled to concur. There's a sense of bias, whether rooted in racism or immaturity, that's hard to ignore. Fortunately, the neighborhood is abundant with Pho restaurants that would appreciate our patronage. Potential diners, please be mindful of this possibility before deciding to dine here.

First time at this restaurant. Service was great. Greeted very well when entering. Food was served hot and in a timely manner. Order the seafood in a bag and it was just right. Would come back again.

I had my Pho with tripe today with egg noodles. They use the best tripe and thin sliced. Service was great as always.

Open? NO, THEY ARE CLOSED FOR BUSINESS!!!!!! We have tried to come more than a few times. Checked Google and Yelp for business hours, and everytime we have tried to come here, they have been CLOSED!!!!! Gotta say, even some friends say these owners make their own hours, so it's a roll of the dice to try and eat here. Don't waste your time coming here, because they prolly not even open and just trolling you to make believe that they are, that's PHO sure!

I usually go to kickin crab in corona but we were in the Temecula/Murrieta area and decided to give this place a try. It looks like a cute mom/pop restaurant inside. Our servers seemed like young high schoolers, very nice and accommodating service. We ordered a basket of catfish that comes with fries, 1 pound of snow crab and 1 pound of shrimp. For the shrimp, we ended up getting the combo for the shrimp because it comes with potato, corn, & sausage for $2-3 more vs if you order Al a cart for sides you would end up spending the same or more. Our total for all the food came out to about $74. The sauce isn't too sweet which I like. We got "the mix" medium spice for the crab and "the mix" mild, which is a mix of all the sauces in one. In my opinion, the medium was better. I feel that the medium spice gives it an extra kick of flavor. I just wished they gave a bit more sauce in the bag. The portions are perfect aside from the sauce. I even feel like they gave a bit extra snow crab. Every single leg had so much meat. I feel like some places skimp on that and then end up charging so much! The shrimp was perfectly cooked as well and easy to peel.The catfish and fries were crispy and well seasoned with Cajun. I would definitely come back!

I'm not a big Pho guy, but when you want Pho, there's really no substitute. This place is great for three reasons: first off, if you've visited Pho places on the regular, you know that quasi-rude service is the norm, unfortunately. Not at this place, it's actually got nice people working the counter. Secondly, the prices are reasonable on the Pho spectrum (Pho is always a bit pricey it seems). Third, the Pho here is fantastic! Absolutely love it. Solid full Pho flavor, and the spring rolls are 10/10 too. Save your time looking around, visit this place. (no, I don't know these people, I'm just a fan of their service, quality, and value)

Bad service, I am Asian so I can’t believe the Asian girl in the front today was being a bit racist to us. She did not seem so passionate when we walked in, which I understand but she change her attitude completely after a few white customers walked in after us and went straight to serving them. No dine-in before 4 so we ordered to go. The girl put a broken cap on our soup container so it leaked everywhere. Soup is too salty too. Overall a solid 1 star.

I have selfishly avoided leaving a review for over 2 years now because I didn't want anyone finding out about this hidden gem.. but I realize that I don't want to be a selfish beeznatch any longer. This place has THE BEST seafood boil in town. Always great portions and the sauce is to die for. I always call in my order and it's always ready right on time. I can't say an enough great things about this place. Not to mention they have the best customer service. The young gal with the glasses is the sweetest.

Family was feeling like having a boiling crab type of dinner and this is one of the very limited options in the area. We came in for dinner about 6pm and it was pretty much empty but we weren't disappointed. We ordered a few pounds of shrimp and crab with the mild house sauce and it got the job done. We also had the garlic noodles and the calamari and rice and we left satisfied. What I liked about this place vs a few others I found in area it they have combo options versus just an Ala carte menu. If in the area and needing that boiling crab fox this is o e of the better options in Temecula/murietta area.
