Wine Ranch Grill and Cellars

Service and food took a really long time. We had a party of 3, no alcohol and our bill was almost $100.00, which I would not have mind if the food was better. It was it was very subpar. I had a dish with cold, stale white rice. Very sad because the restaurant has a beautiful patio. Unfortunately, we will not be going back.

DO NOT ORDER food off the happy hour menu! There is no discount… the only thing they reduce is portion size. For six dollars less, you’re getting a kids size burger, a quarter size chicken tender, and the hummus with pita bread is insultingly small.
The happy hour food is not a bargain; it’s a kid’s menu.
A lady sitting next to us recommended the happy hour chicken tenders. She Showed us with her fingers how thick the tenders were. So we ordered it. When The lady saw they were as thinly sliced as McDonald’s nuggets, she felt bad for recommending.

The food at the restaurant is generally good, but the happy hour menu is an insult. Do not order food off the happy hour menu and think you are gonna get a deal. It’s just a smaller quantity and it’s deceptive. I do not know of any other restaurants that do this.I wish Ran would stop doing this.

We stood at the front desk near a person working on a tablet and waited over 10 minutes when we asked this person to get someone to help us. Turned out she was the person but she was busy doing something to clear the tablet. I just wished she at least told us she sees us and will be with us soon. There were others behind us wanting to be seated too!
So we got a table and some menus. We then waited for over 15 minutes until we flagged someone to get our wait person. So far, no service! Not a good sign.
We finally put out orders and actually got some water.
30 minutes have gone by and no food. So far we have spent about an hour here with very little to show for it.
We got our waitress's attention and asked how long til we got our food. It came about 5 minutes.
I got the fish and chips and hubby got the turkey croissant sandwich. You can see the dishes in the pictures that the fish and chips looked a little on the dark side. I figured that should be okay unfortunately it was not. The outside tasted a little bitter, as in burnt, and the inside batter close to the fish was raw!!! I'm thinking the oil was too hot and the batter too thick.
The only good news with this whole visit were two things, they took the fish and chips off the bill and the Cali Creamin' beer was very good.
If you want to try this place, hubby said the turkey croissant sandwich was good. I don't recommend the fish and chips.
Last thing, they have their parking lot so at least you can put your car some place.

We were served by a gentleman here named Devon. What a gentleman. Pleasure to talk to him excellent command presence. Your food was absolutely delicious. I had an avocado hamburger that was out of this world. And my wife had the harvest salad, which was absolutely delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone. Treat yourself and come here and enjoy a delicious meal and don’t forget to ask for Devon thank you Devon Jim and Rachel

The food was decent, I got the truffle burger (a personal favorite), but the service was excellent. I had Samantha as my waitress, and she was absolutely amazing. She was very sweet, catered to all of the tables' needs, and checked if we needed anything on a frequent basis. Overall, it was a great experience. Service was 10/10. I would recommend Samantha as a waitress to anyone planning on dining here.

Always really delicious food relax atmosphere both inside and outside sometimes they have trivia. That’s really fine. Great drink if you’re into drinking great service especially by Sam. She is the best.
