“10/31/2024 order pizzas about an hour before I wanted to pick them up. Like a dummy I knew better than to wait. Especially on a holiday. Not sure if it was the owner or manger, But he was very polite and professional! Every few minutes him and his team up front kept checking on the status of everyone’s order! Although it was hectic and chaotic it was very controlled! Overall only ended waiting an extra 20-30 mins after it was said it would have been done. Great job! Keep up the great work! Just wanted to personally thank you and your team! Happy Halloween“
“After complaining that my pizza wasn't enough cheese that I paid for extra cheese. I took the pizza back. Taylor was good to remaking it with extra cheese. They did good job to make a customer happy. That's why I love little caesar.“
