I don’t understand how you can have close to 10 customers waiting have three or four workers working the lead, cashier or attendant not doing much other than saying wow we have a lot of orders and providing arguably the worst customer service she could have possibly provided all the while not acknowledging anybody except for the person that was right in front of her. I hope I never find myself at this location ever again. And in case anybody is wondering, I waited so long without signs of possibly putting in an order that I left empty-handed.

make sure to order on the app! I love that my girlfriend, and I can always split a personalized pizza, and I can have my pepperoni, and she can have her veggie options for a very reasonable price. check the deals that are on the app, and make sure to sign up.🍕

You could not find a slower pizza place. Don’t bother with the app, the estimated time is always wrong. It’s like they can only make one pizza at a time.

Absolute joke. My pizza was supposed to be ready half an hour ago and they still have no idea when it will be done.

Even though it's supposed to be hot and ready, everytime I've ordered in store or online it's taken 20 plus minutes. Other than that the staff is nice. And you guys gotta stop being stingy with those cookies.

I ordered pizza online for pickup. Little Ceasars gave the time. I arrived 5 minutes after the time my pizza was supposed to be ready. It took 25 minutes for my oder to be ready. By the time I got home. My pizza was cold and I live 4 minutes from the location. I will never order from this Little Ceasars location. You've been warned.

Waited 40 mins at the place when I called in advance, after being told it would be about 15 mins. Bought 2 large pretzel crust stuffed pizzas specifically with marinara sauce. Brought it home, to discover the pizzas had no marinara sauce. Called the store to inform them of the mistake and young girl basically said that’s what we ordered and we made the mistake, but agreed to place the correct order. Upon arrival, no one was at the front, no one attended. Manager came up and basically said they were backed up in orders, gave us 3 marinara sauces and said she would give us a free pizza for next time. Mind you, it was all verbal, no coupon or anything. Please do better with customer service. We’ve been regular customers who order the same pizzas each time. First time ever we ate dissatisfied with the quality and service.

Went and ordered ahead of time as i was on my way home. Upon arrival went to pick up order and paid with a cash tender. Unfortunately the teller refused to break a large bill and forced me to buy something next door to pay for only the pizza i wanted. When i asked her if my bill was up to $65.00 you still wouldn't break the hundred still? she smiled and said no. After scuffling to get change for almost 30 min i finally had change. When I went to pay she had the gull to say you should have a card in the future. My response is to that is … LOOK LADY YOU DONT KNOW PEOPLES SITUATIONS OK I FORGOT MY CARD AT HOME WHICH IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS TO BEGIN WITH AND ONLY HAD CASH AT THE TIME THAT IS WHY THERE IS CASH OR CARD FOR SCENARIOS LIKE THIS AS A PLACE OF BUSINESS YOU HAVE TO TAKE ALL LEGAL TENDER OR YOU SHOULDNT BE OPEN AT ALL NEXT TIME DONT OPEN YOUR MOUTH IF YOU HAVE AN OPINION BECAUSE YOU DONT KNOW WHAT PEOPLES SITUATIONS ARE ITS NOT LIKE ITS COMING OUT OF YOUR POCKET…..

This little Caesar’s is probably the worst one around. They never have any Hot-N-Ready pizza ( HoT-N-READY ) you always have to wait like 20 minutes. Why advertise hot and ready pizzas if they are never hot and ready. Also, the employees are horrible with customer service you walk in and stand around like seven minutes before they will come take your order 👎👎

Terrible place to buy your pizza and want to enjoy it with your family at home, they have no formality with the orders and they deliver your pizza wrong and late and if that were not enough, they give it cold and poorly cooked
