Worst location ever customer service suxx too they ignore you. Always order online and pizza is never ready have to order 2hrs ahead of time to get it by the time you need it.

Tried 4 times to place an order online. Kept giving me error messages. Explained I had a coupon code, person said to show them a screenshot and they would accommodate. Get to store and no effort to try to address issue. Customer service no good.

Placed an order for my children's classroom to have pizza and my order was canceled without notification since the store was closed. We placed the order the night before so it would be set for the following day at 11AM. I was notified around 11AM by the school that the pizzas did not arrive. I spent over 20+ minutes waiting on hold for someone to pick up the phone at Little Caesars. I placed a new order on their website but the time was estimated to be 45+ minutes for delivery and this was already around 11:45AM so it would show up until 12:30PM. I decided to use a closer pizza shop that can deliver the pizzas within 15 minutes and placed an order there. I called Little Caesars back and was finally able to get a person on the phone and was told I cannot cancel my order at this time. I tried to cancel within 10 minutes of placing it. Needless to say, since I can't trust orders being placed and not canceled, can't get someone on the phone when needed and cannot cancel an order I just placed, I will not be using Little Caesars going forward. I rather pay more money and get it right with the service than have this happen to my children and their classmates.

Went in to order a hot and ready pizza and they took 10 minutes to tell me they had a 30 minute wait time for a few pizzas. They need to remove the hot and ready because it’s a total lie.

I ordered a Pepperoni Pizza with Sausage and an order of breadsticks. The cashier helping me was Shvanna C. Was very friendly. Told me it would be 8-10 minutes to wait, asked for my name and specifically said she marked it that I would be waiting in the lobby. There were a few people waiting in the lobby with me. There were a bunch of people coming in and picking up pizzas they ordered online or called in. We all waited over an hour before we got our pizza, the guy before me must have been waiting about 2 hours. One of the guys was really pissed for waiting and asked for his pizza, it was there the whole time, so then all of us got in line to ask and they had them there all along. We were in the lobby the whole time and they never called our name……My pizza was already cold, i could tell it was sitting there for a long time. I’ve been to a lot of Little Caesars and this is the worst location to go to.

Had a really bad experience the lady infant told me it was going to be a wait of 7 minutes for hot n ready.....which it was taking longer...then I put an online which was going to take was on my 30 min lunch

I don’t understand how you can have close to 10 customers waiting have three or four workers working the lead, cashier or attendant not doing much other than saying wow we have a lot of orders and providing arguably the worst customer service she could have possibly provided all the while not acknowledging anybody except for the person that was right in front of her. I hope I never find myself at this location ever again. And in case anybody is wondering, I waited so long without signs of possibly putting in an order that I left empty-handed.

make sure to order on the app! I love that my girlfriend, and I can always split a personalized pizza, and I can have my pepperoni, and she can have her veggie options for a very reasonable price. check the deals that are on the app, and make sure to sign up.🍕

You could not find a slower pizza place. Don’t bother with the app, the estimated time is always wrong. It’s like they can only make one pizza at a time.
