Gone are the days of free drink refills, children’s play areas, and in-restaurant games. Now the entire front counter is self-serve kiosks, and the staff seems annoyed if you actually want them to take your order. It’s as if McDonald’s really wants families to eat somewhere else.

Roco was the 💥💯🤗❤️💗🔥🔥🔥🥰 Roco greeted me when I first walked in and was very customer service & extremely friendly 🤗💯❤️ Roco assisted me with the mobile app because I’m new to it, Roco made sure I understood everything perfectly and I placed my Big Mac order . This particular McDonalds had a very rude young lady at window 2 where you get your food. She handed us half our order and when I asked about the other burritos, she got in a tiff and acted like we were a pain in her day.
