The young man that was at the register was the patron saint of senior citizens. So sweet and kind. Otherwise I stay clear of the in my area and all others. McDonald’s. Their menus are so over priced and generally I never have a good experience at most locations but my 90 yr old dad wanted pancakes. Can’t fight it. Lol. Everytime I go they always mess my order up . they forgot to put Sausage in my Sausage Mcgriddle today I was so disappointed once again today ,🙄

McDonald's is a hit or miss, but today was a hit. Using the app made ordering easy, and the service was quick. The only downside was missing a BBQ sauce. The fries were a letdown, as they seemed microwaved instead of fresh. However, the staff, except for one rude manager, were respectful and nice. Despite one bad apple, the drive-thru workers and other manager were great. Fast service and friendly staff make McDonald's a decent choice for a quick meal.
The drive-thru is now a drive-through and then park, so customers have to wait twice even when using the app. Some workers, especially one, always brighten up the day when they ruin the order. The wait time to get the food is sometimes ridiculous, and they don't pay attention to detail. Occasionally, the food is cold when received, even though the customer lives right across the street.
The French fries were hot, but the cheeseburger was not. The employees were super great, though the tables needed cleaning. McDonald's is actually spending these days. Fish Fillet Fridays is great.
John, the employee, delivered exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond for the customers. After assisting them, he quickly went back to helping other customers. He displayed great communication, was very polite, and a great multi-tasker. He was a hard worker, which is not often seen in the fast-food industry.
