For years McDonald's was a happy place for kids and families. Now this has all changed. THere is no service, food has always been mediocre but most families went because you had fond memories. Cal Oaks store is the poorest. The workers are not to blame. It's management. They do not have enough staff to get napkins from. This last visit they ran out of toys for happy meals. Really! No apologies. No substitutes. Just excuses.

I ordered a large coffee without ice, and this manager gave me half of what I paid for! I paid for a large drink, but because I refused ice, they only filled half the cup! This manager is a fraud.

When going through the drive through workers completely ignored us. Never once acknowledged our presence on speakers and acted as if closed. Worried they might have a crisis we drove past slowly and saw them joking inside, ignoring customers trying to order. This was around 10pm, once dine in was already closed, but drive thru was still available, app stated so as well.

I had a frustrating experience at this McDonald’s drive-through. I waited over five minutes in one lane while the other drive-through lane was moving quickly, with cars getting their orders promptly. Feeling ignored, I decided to pull up to the window to get some help. The employee at the window was incredibly rude, giving me attitude and being completely impolite. The lack of fairness in service and the unprofessional behavior made this a terrible visit. I expect better customer service from a place like McDonald’s. Won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

I really like this McDonald’s location. They did a behind the scenes for kids recently and my kids got to be apart of it. This location is clean and never messed up my order. I also like how well they cook the sausage McGriddles!
My only complaint- we usually come on Friday mornings, and the Hispanic girl at the second window with long black hair is always so serious, and kinda rude. She has never smiled and looks annoyed of her job. I try not to take it personal but every other person I’ve encountered that works here is SO sweet! I asked her today why she was so sad all the time, cause a third time acting that way. My kids and I now refer to her as the McDonald’s Wednesday…

The cook and staff all have to be absolutely BAKED or something. This specific location always forgets my sauces, my drinks, my fries. It’s always something. Today i ordered a meal deal with a McDouble and asked for one slice of cheese on it instead of two. Tell me why they ONLY put cheese nothing else no burger no sauce no onions. Like hello? It almost can’t be real. Check on your cooks they have to be high or intoxicated 16 year olds . They forgot my sauces, and the pup cup i ordered and paid for as well. They’re super rude and don’t answer the phone so you can’t even make a complaint.

This McDonald’s has been a complete disappointment. I’ve visited at least three times, each time arriving at least an hour before closing time, only to find that the drive-thru is never answered. It’s as if the employees are deliberately avoiding customers during peak hours when they’re trying to order. Hire employees who genuinely want to work and provide a better service to your customers.
