The absolute worst. I had this at a 3 star from a year ago or so and apparently they've just gotten worse. Order is NEVER correct and takes ridiculously long when at the drive thru. Staff has no clue what is going on. Fail.

Multiple locations with no ice cream, fries, or dessert. Just wanted a quick sweet treat but now I'm stuck in a drive thru because there weren't any and I had nowhere to go but straight ahead.... I love McDonald's but this was a terrible experience. Been stuck in line for 15 minutes and I'm not even getting food.

not sure why the food here is always old and cold. I was offered fresh food when I asked for a refund. I can only imagine how dirty the grill must have been when I declined. the worst part was how happy my server was to disperse my 3 day old sausage burrito. 7/6/25 @0700
I door dashed some food for me and my son ended up having to share food with him because they didn't send us all our food , i tried to reach out and call and i keep getting sent to voice mail mind you it shows they are not busy at the time i placed my call.

Just went through the drive thru (5/18) at 7:20pm. There was only 1 person ahead of me and I ordered online. I got to the second window to pick up my food. The man at the window was incredibly rude. I could maybe understand if it was busy and you’re overwhelmed, but he just dropped a bag into my hands. Didn’t even acknowledge me, say one word. I had to check the bag to make sure my sauce was in there and that the order was correct. He didn’t even look in my direction. Just very off putting. I’m not one to write reviews, however, the attitude just threw me for a loop. And of course I reach for a fry before even making it out the drive thru, just for it to be stale and cold.

They're very kind but they always get the order wrong and miss items. I think for 20$ an hour they should try to at least give people the right items and the actual items. I think management should maybe have a team meeting practicing checking bags before sending them off :)
