This is hands down the worst McDonald's location I've ever been to. So poorly organized, often rude and always getting tur orders wrong. It's amazing how bad they are compared to any other location.

Yeah it's McDonald's but the only thing I ever get is a McChicken . And I'm allergic to mayonnaise so I asked for it for no mayonnaise and I repeated it three times... well I got home and there was mayonnaise on it went in the trash. Un real it's a simple request

I had an amazing experience here! The customer service was outstanding — warm, friendly, and very professional. Manager Jasmine went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Kady brought our food right out, and even though they were very very busy, Robin made sure my drink was delivered right to our table. You can tell the whole team truly takes pride in their work and cares about their customers. The restaurant was spotless and had such a welcoming atmosphere. It’s rare to find a place that combines great service, genuine care, and cleanliness all in one. Highly recommend!

Completely unacceptable service. Made a mobile order. Drove to pick up in store after receiving notification that the order was complete and ready for pickup. Walked in was told that they had my order ready and went to grab one last item for my order. Spent 20 mins after I was told my order was ready waiting for my order, to be told that they dont have my order. And if I can wait for them to make my order. At this point 50 mins had passed since I initially placed my order. Again completely unacceptable. I will not use return to this store. Additionally while waiting the 20 mins at the counter the staff were very rude to multiple additional customers, and completely ignored the line of customers at the register.

The food at this location frequently takes over 20-30 minutes to get whether you go through the drive thru or walk in. Whoever owns this location is so concerned with their bottom line that they staff 2 people on a saturday morning.

Never get orders correct and when promised to make it right… I was discriminated against due to my tattoos. Very rude and disrespectful staff. Go to the one down the street on Winchester. Way better food and customer service.
Lady working drive thru at midnight October 22 with a cross tattoo on her neck is rude. Speaks too fast and low but tells us rudely to speak up. Then proceeds to put in the wrong order when I clearly stated what I wanted… when I repeated what I ordered nicely she had an attitude as if I changed my order when it was her that put something completely different. Also rushes you to order , mind you it wasn’t even busy when I came through.
