Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

We LOVE this place. They gave my child a free toy and are always super welcoming. This is our happy place!

Our family LOVES Menchie’s! It is always clean and welcoming, the staff is sweet and helpful, and the flavors are the BEST! None of the watery stuff like at other places and lots of GREAT non-dairy flavors too!

One of the cashiers there was so good at weighing my yogurt, just insane job at weighing my yogurt. Anyone who thinks otherwise can flip off

Delicious but after I had to have a Bm so quick afterwards like star bucks lol so it was just a treat

First off I want to say how much I love Menchies.
I am a frequent patron.
They have always had a tip jar on the counter, which I find odd.
All they are doing is placing your self served yogurt in a bag.
Now they ask you how much you want to tip when paying!!
What is thier hourly wage for?
They ring it up and place it in a bag.
And they smile at you while asking you to give them more money. For what?
It's already the cost of a meal for a yogurt.
They stand there smiling and makes me uncomfortable.
It's so tacky Menchies!

The two young kids working were kind, helpful and engaging!! Pumpkin was my selection thanks to the two young helpers today and it was a winner for fall!! Thank you both for your help today!! Keep up the great work and wonderful upbeat attitudes! ☺️

Love their frozen yogurt, fruit is always fresh. Parking is generally easy to find. They have both indoor and outdoor seating.

Menchie’s has great frozen yogurt flavors. Typically the service is friendly and helpful. The outdoor seating is great especially with the Covid spread. The pre-packed fro-yo is also marked at a great price if you do not want what is in the machines.

Really disappointed in the pricing with this location. Normally for the three of us it’s around $12. It was $18 tonight!!! Either their scale is messed up or they raised their prices. We’re done!

Just doubled their prices. Friday, four of us stopped as we usually do. $40 for four people. Next time, we go to DQ

Good customer service

This is the new go-to place for our family of four. the place is always clean, the variety is solid, and the toping selection has a ton of variety. The staff are consistently friendly and there is no wait. When a line develops, extra staff appear right away. Go there, you will be glad you did.
