i absolutely love this place. the owners/workers were so kind and helpful. the food was amazing. we ordered a chicken Koobideh plate, a Koobideh Beef Plate, hummus and pita bread, and an order of falafels. probably the best hummus i've had . the restaurant itself is pretty small hole in the wall mom and pop shop feel that i absolutely love. will definitely be back! i highly recommend giving this place a try.

"If you are hungry and don't have money we will feed you." Seems like a very welcoming sign to havr in front of a restaurant. But unfortunately it was far from that. I was fasting and wanted to order on the phone to save some time on ordering in the restaurant. The man who answered the phone seemed extremely annoyed when I tried ordering few minutes before reaching the restaurant. Since I noticed his unfriendly response and tone of voice, i told him I'll just order once I'm there. Once I was at the register ready to order, I asked if they have a combination, he didn't bother listening and just pointed at the menu. I repeated myself and he seemed to get annoyed. In my opinion, you shouldn't have a sign like that in front of your restaurant if you have difficulties answering simple questions. Extremely poor customer service.

Wow this is not Persian food. It looks like it, but they use Indian spices which makes it confusing when eating. They're so cheap with the portions too. And the rice was dry and probably over a day old. Never returning. On top of it, they got my order wrong.

Food was bomb, had the stew very good; enough of The lemon taste to be 100 percent authentic. The meat was very tender as well. The rice tasted very good and fresh. The service was awesome, the lady who was helping us; seemed very kind and genuine, very hard to come by these days. The ambiance is chill, they have a small spice shelf with items for sale. The gentleman making the food was always . The sign in the front which says, they will feed you if you can't pay makes me fall in love with this place.
Always go here for the lunch special with chicken. Never seen it super busy but my lunches are not always at the same time. Super nice guy who is always keeping himself busy. Nothing to really complain about. Good goof and atmosphere with good music playing in the background.

We catered a wonderful Persian dinner for friends and family with Mitra’s delectable dishes… the kabobs, rice and lamb shanks are the best!! A special sign in front says that if anyone is hungry, they will be fed for free. Talent, kindness and a great family make this place great and unforgettable.Parking: Easy to park!!

I came here because I love his sign out front and wish more people were like moe. I got the babagonoush veggie plate, large Greek salad and the falafel plate. The babagonoush was delicious so was the falafel the salad was fresh , I didn't care for the hummus myself but I like more olive oil and spices and less thick . But I'm sure many love it thick and not spicy or oily . The my husband loved the tzatziki' . I do wish the plates were not paper and bigger portions of everything, but I still recommend this place especially because he's a good man and it's family owned.
