One Sushi & Grill is absolutely outstanding. The sushi is incredibly fresh, high-quality, and full of flavor — every bite tasted premium and carefully prepared. You can truly tell they use top-grade ingredients.

The service was also exceptional. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Everything arrived quickly and beautifully presented.

The most horrible experience I’ve had in a ANY restaurant. If you are wanting to have a good dinner with your family, this is not the place to be. If you don’t want to be racially profiled, ignored, and not provided service do not come to this place. I will never come back here. It took us about an hour after getting sat down to even be offered a drink. Paid for my drinks after leaving, even though I shouldn’t have, I guess they thought I had no money to pay for my food. I’m so embarrassed to have taken my son and daughter to this place. I thought it was a decent place and to my surprise I was placed in such a bad situation. Very disappointed.

Great food, customer service, etc., but please make sure to include all condiments, into the To-Go orders. There's a special sauce, with the fried food and the taste is AMAZING, but it was not included, this time. I even left a tip, on the To-Go order, so was a bit disappointed.

The Best Sushi in Murrieta—Fast Service and Gorgeous Rolls!
​One Sushi Bar and Grill in Murrieta is an absolute standout and quickly became my new favorite spot. The moment we were seated, the service was amazing and incredibly fast. It was attentive without being overbearing, which made the dining experience smooth and enjoyable.
​The star of the show, however, is the sushi. I can confidently say these are the best sushi rolls in Murrieta. They are not only bursting with fresh flavor but are also a good size and boast truly great presentation. Every roll that came out was beautifully crafted—it's clear the chefs take immense pride in their work.
​While I only ordered sushi this time, I couldn't help but notice the hot plates that passed our table. They looked absolutely delicious and I’m already planning my next visit to try one of the kitchen entrées. If you're looking for top-tier quality, great value, and fantastic service, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!
