Went here and waited in line over 15 minutes to watch the food serve pack over 8 online orders before serving the person In front of me. But rushed each customer as they told her their order. When I ask the to speak with the manager, he blow me off !!!! Very professional. Don't waste your time.
This is not the best Panda Express to go to. I'm comparing it to a different Panda Chef I went to in Corona. This food tasted powdery, hard to chew and although it was hot, it was not fresh. The flavoring was off. I suggest a different location to buy from. Not Murrieta.

There is a reason that this Panda Express has a 3.7 Google review rating. It is absolutely mismanaged and the management (specifically Jaime) could care less about inconveniencing people and their time.
I called someone named Magali about three weeks ago and she may or may not be the owner or general manager. I mentioned to her that time and time again, when I visit this location, it’s notorious for being out of many items, including items that They should never run out of, if someone is noticing it’s running low and calling back to the cooks to replenish it. Specifically lo mein noodles which I prefer and chicken. I mentioned this to Magali and she said she would look into it.
I went back today at 4:25 PM and of course the Orange chicken and lo mein noodles were once again completely empty. They dropped the lo mein noodles and did nothing about the orange chicken, which about six people were waiting for. I asked for Jaime the manager and mentioned to him that I had spoken to Magali and was giving this place another chance, only to be sorely disappointed once again. He had a very nonchalant attitude. After 15 minutes of waiting, I Asked him to contact Magali and see if she would comp my meal for the time wasted waiting on these items. He said “I’ll do it” and walked back into his office. He did walk over to the cooks and asked them to drop several items only after I requested he do so. After The lady prepared my order, I advised her that Jaime said he would comp my meal. She went back into his office and came out saying that he said no he wouldn’t. I then requested to speak to him again and he said “You complain all the time”. Perhaps he was upset that I had contacted Magali the previous visit. Not sure. I assured him that I would write this review and he said “do whatever you want”.
This is not the attitude of someone who cares about improving their 3.7 star review rating. In my opinion, this man should not have a managerial job and that is a reflection of the choice Magali makes. Unless you have 15 to 20 minutes to wait literally every single time you go in there for your food to be prepared, I would avoid this place like the plague.

Came in on news year day around 6, walked in and manager is giving everyone a dirty look very unprofessional, one of the entrees I ordered looked like it has been sitting there a while I asked for a fresh batch and the manager walked over and asked why they needed more when there was still some left in bowl, young lady explained to him and he got mad and turned around, for a manager to act like this is very unprofessional and he needs to be sat down and talked to…
This location was very skimpy on the entrees I asked for half noodles and half rice I got a bunch of rice and just a tiny bit of noodles. My son wanted double Beijing beef and it looked like a single serving. Very disappointed.

An all around bad experience! Had to wait twenty minutes for my food, which is not at all how I remember panda being. Small portions and wasn't given or even offered soy sauce
They never put teriyaki sauce even if you request it, so always make sure. They also don’t read special requests you make on apps, like do you read or what?

I do not recommend this location. Look at my chow mein! Uncooked...it was discolored, hard, and stuck together! I'm so mad. Not edible. The beef on the beef broccoli was mushy and tasted awkward. The texture was off. $23 in the trash because my son also got a 2 item tray. I hope my son doesn't get sick from eating it. He was hungry. This was our dinner. I live 20 minutes away to go back with this traffic for a refund or replacement. No wonder this place has only ⭐⭐⭐. Don't waste your time or ?.
