The rudest associate was too busy to hear or understand what my son asked for. We ended up buying something he did not want!! The customers were rude as well, and the same man kept getting in everyone's way and cut in line, but no one there said a word!! Horrible, We love the food, but it's not worth the rudeness to get it!! The fried rice and noodles always taste old!!
The food and service here is outstanding! I forgot to get the name, but I believe she was a manager that was Hispanic she was very kind and had amazing customer service. Thank you!

I am on crutches and I was assisted out to the car with my family meal. I thank them for their patience and assistance. It truly made my evening pleasant. The orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp were both our favorites. Will be back over and over again.
They have new hot orange chicken and they don’t give samples anymore. How are you suppose to try their new food.

Every time I've ordered for delivery they don't include any sauces. I've even called to be sure they don't forget... no sauces. I rarely do PE now. They couldn't care less about customer experience. Maybe it's their standard operating procedure to not care. Maybe it's on me for ever hoping for a modicum of competence.

What's supposed to get a T-Mobile coupon deal. It didn't work. Ask the manager about it and she said oh that's T-Mobile's fault. We don't have anything to do with that. Just like they didn't honor paper coupons anymore without telling you.
They were busy, someone drop a drink and employee said step around we don't have time to mop it.
