I love Panera, is a great place to go, and being honest they overcharge a little bit than it should but, it taste good, the atmosphere and the employees are always nice

I had been here the week before and they had forgot the sandwich part of my order. I called and was told to come back and they would give me a free sandwich for the inconvenience. The guy I talked to said he wouldn't let everybody know in their store meeting. He asked my name I assumed he wrote it down. I went back the next week and they said no I couldn't get anything. No big deal I went ahead and ordered paid for it and they still forgot part of this new order. When I told them I didn't get my pastry. The woman behind the counter acted like I was trying to rip them off or something. I ordered sat on the bench and never left the building. She just never gave it to me to begin with. They used to check orders before they sent them out I guess they don't do that anymore. I won't be going back to this Panera at all.

This location has consistently gotten my order wrong every single time I’ve gone. Forgotten bread, forgotten soup. Today, I got a grilled cheese instead of a chipotle chicken avo melt 😪 so don’t forgot to check your bags if you go through the drive-thru!

What happened? They changed out the salad bowl and amount of salad given for a whole size. The whole looks like the half size in a bigger container! The amount of the salad was so minimal like the portion is for a child! Would you pay $13 bucks whole size that's a portion for a child?
