I tried this place for the first time in my life, and it was changed. I signed up for the zip club two months ago, but I had never even tried their food. I will definitely be going back and dining in.

What happened? They changed out the salad bowl and amount of salad given for a whole size. The whole looks like the half size in a bigger container! The amount of the salad was so minimal like the portion is for a child! Would you pay $13 bucks whole size that's a portion for a child?

Last night I placed a mobile delivery order on the app, I didn't receive my food at first due to the door dash driver that was assigned my order since Panera goes through door dash for delivery. So I called the Panera location while decently upset because I have a newborn and I needed my food delivered. The lovely manager Marlena answered the phone and said she would get a new order made and delivered. When door dash failed to send a new driver, she actually delivered my food herself after her shift! She was such an angel! I appreciate her so much!

below zero star just visited inside the Panera Bread I am the Sips s club member just both ladies who are supposed to be standing on the register as soon as they saw me, they walk away one just pretending like mopping the floor. The other just stood behind her staring at me so I stood there. I wait until finally one woman approach me. I told her I wanted a coffee and I want to Put my phone number on the keypad, but she made me say it out loud so everyone hear it then I asked her very nicely can I have 2 drinks this lady got so upset that literally start yelling at me so loud saying you can have only one drink she humiliated me in front of the rest of the people she acted like she is giving me drinks from her own pocket I wanted to order sandwiches but her anger make me leave why not accommodate the customer just for one few dollars drink she give me false information these ladies getting paid to serve customer

Food is ok but overpriced. They yell out my name and i have to go pick it up from a window and when I didn't put the pager back in the spot they wanted me to, they made sure to talk down to me and tell me where to put it so they didn't have to bother providing a small modicum of service. It's like I was an employee on my 1st day or something. I never leave panera happy that i went. Drive thru takes forever and inside isn't much better.

This chain is not as good as it used to be. I drove out of my way to eat Panera for the first time since 2016. Boy was I disappointed. Their food quality has gone way down and the prices did not go down with it. It’s literally just tasteless fast food now. Going in my mental trash bin with many other US food places.
