The service was awful. The drive through was closed so I had to go inside with my littles to order to go. They changed their menu so didn't have what my son originally wanted (okay), but then we were interrupted by a man who had waited over 20 minutes for his food and needed help. After several minutes, he was told that his food was given to someone else and they needed to remake it. Then our ordering resumed... They were out of the soup my daughter wanted. Then I decided to just get them smoothies. They were no longer making smoothies for the day. We left without dinner. Silver lining is that we saved an over rated $60.

The new caprese sandwich was not good at all-disappointing. Lettuce was brown and wilted, tomatoes were mushy and had a weird taste. Took a few bits but couldn’t bring myself to finish it.
Panera is always good when looking for a healthy option. Staff is always friendly, use the app to order ahead, and it's always ready. Ordered the avocado toast and added bacon and chipotle sauce. my only complaint. I wish they would toast the bread so it wouldn't be soggy.

My first time here, my coworkers and I ordered our food at the same time. They all received their food in a timely matter, mines however took an additional 10 mins due to them just not making it 😢. Well, 2 months later, we came back, and I stood at the counter waiting for 12 mins again, and nothing. So my coworker, who is another ethnicity, went to the counter to find out what was going on and.... Yes, they didn't make it again. I WILL NOT RETURN BACK HERE AGAIN. The food is good, but the service towards me was horrible, and it made me feel really bad.

Unsubstantial. For 15-17$ a sandwich, there should be alot more protein between that bread. But like everything else, they drove prices up and reduced the size of your meal.

I've visited this location three times. And three times they've gotten my order wrong? How does this happen? I'm sure to explain in detail what I want, but it's like they pay no attention to what I'm saying. I absolutely LOVE Panera. But this location comes off my go-to list.

I don't know what is going on with Panera bread. I used to love it. There sandwiches were big and fresh. I ordered soup and a sandwich for delivery. The soup was good. The sandwich was, I'm not even sure what it was. Obviously not made fresh. Taken out of a refrigerator and it was freezing cold and soggy. And so small!!! I won't be ordering again!!!
