Pizza was excellent tonight! Big thanks to the staff

Walk in tell them the name you are here to pick up for. They say 10 mins. But instead of letting you know your order is done 20 mins later I ask again about the name and its sitting on the shelf getting cold for no reason. Place can't even tell people when their order is done after you already told them your name. And this isn't the first time. Service is literally awful.

I called this establishment trying to order a pizza while intoxicated, fortunately i was lucky enough to comprehend how to call this establishment. Though unfortunately i was greeted with utmost disrespect and the individual decided to use profanity, which as a devout mormon, was extremely offensive.

Papa John's in Murrieta, CA. I had pre-ordered 8 pizzas from another place (Sam's)
to find out my order was lost and it would take 45 min to an hour to make 8 pizzas.
I was in a dire situation walking into Papa John's. I was greeted by Gary, I told him my situation and that I needed 8 pizza's ASAP.
Gary did not hesitate to take my order, he applied applicable coupons and him and other staff had pizzas ready for me in less than 20 minutes. THAT WAS AMAZING. Thank you Gary and staff for keeping me sane through my ordeal.

The chubby girl that seems like the manager is really rude to employees, shouting all the time and blaming them for everything. Waited in store for 20 mins for order and she has a hard attitude towards everyone, bossy to employees, not polite. Employees seem like good people I don’t think they deserve that. This place could be better with better management

The Lady working the phone at 7:00 on 11/15/2024 was absolutely in all meanings of the word a horrible person. She was taking her anger out on her own employees and customers coming in to pick up their food. She was saying every person's name wrong when alerting people that their food was ready she would either say their name wrong, shorten their name so it was unidentifiable, or not say it all like my order. Then was asked if my order was done in her own words said “I said it like 20 times” while I was 4 feet in front of her for 30 minutes and didn’t hear the name called not even once.

Staff inside store is 5 stars: Managment is 0 stars. What a horrible place to work (check attached photos). How bland and miserable for a pizza place. I hope the employees find a better employer!

All I can legitimately say is that food quality and portions have been greatly reduced while prices have greatly increased (not surprising). I ordered a Papa Bowl with double everything and was charged for it, but what I received was nothing more than two slices of pizzas' worth of toppings in a baked bowl. I was still very hungry considering. Was not the first time I had this happen, and even explained why I was ordering double. The cashier did not understood and only said they can only give us toppings by measurement standards corporate gives them. I said you charged me for double but then didn't produce double. Another blank stare.
