Pete's Firehouse BBQ

This is our 2nd time using Pete's Firehouse BBQ for an event (wife's 60th birthday). Food was outstanding, customer service from start to finish was on point, and setup, delivery and execution was amazing. Will definitely use them again for our next event.

Wii absolutely love Pete's Firehouse BBQ. They are always the first company we recommend to all of our clients. The staff and food is phenomenal!

Called and emailed via their website to inquire about their services and availability numerous times to no avail. They're either out of business or just deliberately ignored my inquiries.

Pete catered the food for my wedding of 130 people in April 2023 and we got an insane amount of compliments on how AMAZING the food was! Not only was the food so delicious that we kept adding extra sides and appetizers after our tasting because it was so good, Pete is also the nicest and very professional. He answered all of our questions, went above and beyond to make our day perfect, and has a wonderful staff that follow those traits as well. I would throw another wedding just to have his catering again! Highly highly recommend him to anyone looking for some good bbq at a fair price!

Pete is amazing and so easy to work with! He's professional, responsive, and he just thinks of all the small details when decorating the catering station. i.e what color scheme do you have, what flowers are you using..And the food... Oh my gosh the food is so GOOD! We got tri tip, chicken, potato medley, vegetables, salad, and Mac and cheese with bacon. I can't stop thinking about the food that's how good it was. Every single guest had good things to say about the food, even my Texans are in love with it!Best decision you'll make is booking with Pete!

My husband I got married in 2020, and had our wedding reception this year in November in Temecula area. We ordered 150 plates of the two meat platter and sides (Chicken, Brisket, mac and cheese, and corn on the cob). There was a side salad and dinner rolls were included as well.
The day of the event, they showed up right on time and had a really beautiful set up (I regretfully don't have any photos). They brought their our heat lamps and were super professional. Only 100 people ended up showing up to the reception, but we had barely any food left over. Every one of guests talk still about how delicious Pete's bbq meats were! It was 34 degrees and an outdoor reception, and the food had our guests stay as long as they could take the cold. I would 100% recommend them for any party or event you need catering for.

While in the planning process, my husband and I agreed that serving good food was a MUST at our wedding. Pete's Firehouse BBQ came highly recommended by our venue and we are so glad we decided to give him a try. He was gracious enough to let us do a tasting before booking and within 5 minutes my husband and I knew we needed to have Pete cater our wedding. More so than the food tasting amazing, Pete is such a nice guy. He is personable, honest, and so hard working. When wedding day came, Pete and his team showed up on time to get everything ready. We chose the option of having the meat cooked onsite and it added such a great touch to the day. Our guests absolutely RAVED about how it was the best meal they've ever had at a wedding. When walking around, we noticed our guests had eaten every last bite from their plate and many even opted to get seconds! Thank you Pete's Firehouse BBQ for the great food and even better service!

Was absolutely delicious! And so easy to work with. Basically had to tell him the idea of set up and he had the rest. Took so much worry out of the wedding day. We were so lucky to have found him and his amazing team. Our wedding was about 4 months ago and people are still saying how much they loved the food.

Holy Cow! That is all we can say. The food is fabulous. Beyond what we were expecting. Cant wait for the wedding to eat more!

We used Pete's Firehouse BBQ for our company BBQ. The whole experience was terrific. Booking and planning the catering for the event was easy... Pete is very responsive. Pete's staff members that served the meal to our employees were cheerful and accommodating. The staff thought of everything...the table layout, the options, the table decor was perfect. Everyone raved about the food!! They said the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Pete's Firehouse BBQ... the service and food are excellent.

Pete Firehouse...where to begin. They were absolutely amazing! We used them for our wedding (160 guests) 2 weeks ago and couldn't have made a better choice in food. AND SERVICE! They were so accommodating and were nothing short of amazing the day of. They had everything to match our decor, had everything set up with plenty of time to spare, and had the best staff with amazing smiles to serve us. If I could give them a million stars I would. Food is such a huge part of any wedding experience (good food = happy guests) and that is why we HIGHLY recommend Pete’s Firehouse BBQ! The second that we walked out of our tasting, we knew that they were going to be the perfect choice for our wedding caterer. It all started with the planning – Pete was always available for our phone calls and many questions. He helped us narrow down the perfect appetizer and dinner menu (they have so many great options, it was so hard to choose a favorite! Whatever you do, make sure you choose the mac and cheese. It was beyond heavenly.) We wanted to make sure our 350 wedding guests were going to have delicious food and PLENTY to eat. Pete and his team checked these boxes and so much more. Not only did they deliver and serve amazing tray passed appetizers, and buffet style side dishes & BBQ, but Pete and his team were so kind, helpful, respectful and courteous during set-up, guest serving and clean-up. They felt like part of the family on our wedding day. I can’t tell you how many guests raved over the amazing food and staff (and how many guests went back for seconds and thirds!). I wish we could give this team 10+ stars for making our wedding so special and our guests so happy!
