This location was pretty clean and the cashier was very welcoming and patient. The food was very fresh.

Restaurant was clean, and the service looked over welding for the staff at dinner time. Between online order , counter, and drive thru. They needed 1 extra person. The kiosk was showing a different price from the counter menu. Had to get re rung because of the 10 dollar price difference. Staff was moving with speed, so props to them. Overall good spot!!!

We ordered 16 pieces with 8 wings when we got home and we got 8 drumsticks no wings. Called last night and no one answered. Tried today and got Amy she was really nice and said just come over anytime and I will give you the 8 wings. Got there and had to wait but that was fine no problem. Amy said it will be 10 minutes and I said no worries. While I was sitting at the dining area I can hear this lady talking loud and obnoxious come to find out she is one of the supervisor her name is Vanessa. Vanessa was very loud her voice sound so obnoxious while calling out people’s number(order). I was getting anxiety just sitting there for 10 mins. she was rude on how she talk to her employees and this is happing whole customers are waiting for their food. We were in disbelief on how she work. I would never work with someone who doesn’t show any respect to her workers.

I ordered on app and it’s say it done but I pick up still not done yet. I been waiting 20 minutes on food and drink. It’s only manager front and much too people working in back that do half poeple should helps out. Also feel bad for door dashers was still long time to pick up. That not right at all! This is never happening before till now. I am not come back anymore.

Sunday October 6th grubhub pick up for 7:19. At 7:40...still waiting!!!!!
The lady behind the counter states we have to do orders in order. We'll if that's the case wouldn't this order be ready? Well I was just told they had to make it because they didn't get any of the orders. The lobby full of folks waiting and seemingly disgruntled and one came in with missing items from surf and turf. The guy at the counter was so pleasant and composed. THANKS TO HIM.

I had been away from fried foods for quite a few years, but my memories of how good Popeye's use to be got the best of me, so I gave it a shot. The food had Zero flavor. A white meat dinner was 1/2 breast and 3 wings. What chicken has 3 wings? They cut corners so much, the food is taking a turn for the worst. A pure waste of money. I paid right at $25 for some food I couldn't even eat. "I WON'T BE GOING BACK". I've learned my lesson.

They use AI to take your order at the drive-thru now. It said it had an item that was no longer available. It appears the data needs to be updated more frequently for a better customer experience.

It would be great it if the fish sandwich was available permanently instead of seasonal.
