Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

The staff either doesn't care or theres a lack of communication. I ordered a caniac combo and requested a substitution for my order. The staff confirmed my order and yet I was still given the non substituted item. I don't recommend this place given other similar reviews.

I give this location 5 stars. The staff is always happy, helpful, and polite. You can tell everyone gets along and they work well together. I have never had a bad experience here.

I ordered a 3 finger combo. I get more fries on a kids meal. Also the chicken stripes were very small. And no napkins. You need to start putting more fries and double checking everything that comes out the drive thur.

Ate Zacksby’s which was my favorite(back east) long before Raising Cane came about, however,Raising Cane has far exceeded and is now #1 👍👍

I haven’t purchased Canes in a while but I was a little disappointed this time around. I was pretty excited about getting fries but they seemed not fully cooked. One piece of my chicken was a little a bit questionable and felt rubbery. I don’t know if they were in a rush but the quality of food seemed not like the usual
