We frequent this place. It's Sunday afternoon, no one in drive through but young adults taking our order, this is typical. Today, the order taker's in drive thru were noticeably goofing off which led us to check our meals before we left drive through . They were laughing about who was on the opposite end of the headsets. When we checked out meals, we were short bread. We let the drive thru clerk who took our cash & handed us the meal know. They wanted to charge us again after we explained what had happened. So I asked to speak to the supervisor. Explained again 3x's what happened to us. I wasn't going to pay for a mistake they knowingly did and laughed about it. Customer service is important, employees having fun can but should make it a priority to take care of customers first, then have fun. Not make them feel we are just complaining. To make the customer feel they are just being petty isn't ok. 04/28/24 1pm.

Okay, I like the food at any Raising Cane's... Food here is great, the kids like it, I do too whenever I need something quick with the kids. So does my husband for whenever we are near home or at work.However, I don't like how much the service at the drive through and inside the establishment has changed within a year... I just left not too long ago, and I felt like I was being serviced by a high schooler who wanted nothing more than to leave at the drive through. The service at In-N-Out and Chick Filet are 5/5 star rating when it comes to service. It definitely does not boost any kind of desire for the food here, if that is the kind of service my family is going to be receiving.I want to give them business, but not with the kind of service that I received.I have no idea what expectations we're conveyed to the employees, but I'm pretty sure it is not to just answer your guests with a "k" and to be short as well as uninviting.

This is an add on from an another post and I agree I know exactly what employ you're talking about he is white with black hair. I have seen him outside the front entrance before vaping. It makes the establishment look terrible and a bad image. Nothing is wrong with vaping but the way he acts in uniform there is something wrong with the way this employee acts. If I ever go inside the restaurant and see him working I am walking out and going anywhere else

I went in and didn't receive very good customer service at all my a member named Ronin, he didn't seem too happy nor made my experience feel very welcoming. After that he went outside to vape in front of the establishment in uniform which I feel is very unprofessional, that should be done in the car or at least not in-site of costumers will not be returning to this establishment.

Great locations Large parking lot The staff was very nice and restaurant is super clean. I prefer eating at the restaurant because the food is fresh and free drink refills.

Went thru the drive thru, busy but not crowded. Ordered 3 kid's meals and a regular meal. Was charged for everything, got all drinks, but parked and went thru our bags to check, low and behold missing one kid's meal. Had to go thru the drive thru again. Still busy, not crowded, but here we were going thru again. Got to the window and asked if they'd be willing to comp us a piece of toast for the trouble of having to go thru the drive thru twice. Guy at the window went to a dark haired pony tail guy, and pony tail guy made a face like it was a problem. Guy at the window comes back and says, "So we can do it for you just this one time." I was like, what does that mean *this time*... so the next time you guys mess up an order, too bad? Oh well? (lololol, lame) Seriously, Cane's isn't going bankrupt for comping a piece of toast to a customer when Cane's made an error. But it does make a difference if Cane's offers subpar service and customers just don't go back anymore. Usually I go to the one in Temecula, it's always been great over there. Super nice employees and they never mess up my orders. Just skip this Murrieta location and go to Temecula if possible :) *and no offense to pony tailed guys, just the only way to identify the stingy one*
