The boy working literally skipped my daughter and I and went to the 2 kids behind us in line and took their order. Not a sorry, or even a hello. We just stood there like idiots right in front of the Italian ice while these kids ordered from the line behind us. Not quite sure why he did this but it was about as rude as it gets in any experience I’ve had.

This place is Great, Love it, There is nothing like it around. The staff always great . The only one thing is at times there is only one person, and with the amount of customers it will be a wait.

I had seen this place on doordash and decided to try it out. I've been coming here ever since. This place is great, and the staff is always really nice as well. The ice cream is really good. I always get the chocolate Sunday with fudge and carmel. Highly recommend this place 👌

If you are looking for a go to spot for some italian ice or a frozen custard this is the spot to be! Would recommend this place to anybody even if you are traveling or on vacation in Cali this is the number one spot! MOMO approved!

We no longer have a Rita’s Italian Ice in San Diego, so when we’re up north by Murrieta, I like to come and visit this shop. Chloey was a sweetheart. She was very friendly and gave great customer service! We need a Chloey working at every food establishment that we visit!

Delicious! We got the traditional mango gelati and the strawberry gelati. I wish I had taken a picture! The service was excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. This was a special treat. I can't wait to go back again.

The custard is amazing

The owner hosted an awesome, entirely free tour for our group. The kids loved it and the italian ice and custard were both delicious. 😍 definitely a fun summer trip!

They also have a cute little kid's size bench and even a mini couch/chair area, which makes the outing even more special than any typical ice cream shop.

Such a cute, charming place with amazing custard, gelato, and Italian ice!! There are a lot of unique flavors to choose from, and different things to order. I opted for the 5 layer gelati, which is five layers of both gelato and Italian ice. I chose the flavors birthday cake (gelato) and cotton candy (ice), it was such a good combination!! The gelato is so creamy, and the ice is like a gourmet shaved ice. I would highly recommend this place for a unique dessert.
