Really cute spot, unfortunately the coffee was pretty mid in my opinion. Got the cookie butter latte and it tasted like nothing. I think they went a little light on ice and heavy on the milk. The girls on register were kind though and the vibe of the store was nice :)

I loved that if you buy a container of whole beans and bring back the container you get a discount. However, unfortunately I have to give a bad review because the staff touches cash at the register, does not wash hands or put on gloves when taking my container and then opening the bean container then handling the scoop for the beans. Very unsanitary.

The matcha latte was 3/4 milk and could definitely done with more matcha. I ordered the BBQ pulled pork fries and they mentioned they were out after I had paid and could substitute to for a different one. I mentioned I didn't want the stuff that was on the other fries and asked if I could substitute the meat only and she asked which one and I said carne asada. When they brought me my fries it was not just the meat swapped. I ended up with straight carne asada fries with chipotle cream and pico instead of the flavor profile of BBQ sauce and pickled jalapeno that I wanted. Very disappointing to not get what was communicated with the staff. If they told me they couldn't swap just the meat I wouldn't be as cranky and would have asked for something different that I actually like.

Get The Rival Breakfast sandwich. Can get busy (cause it's good). Not big chain speed, but top notch service. Make this your local spot.

Everyone is always so nice here. The hannah banana is my favorite iced latte, and the tropical iced green tea is so good - even if unsweetened.
They have the best breakfast options too!! I had the carnitas stack and it definitely has me powered up to take on the rest of my day.
