Great QuesoBirria tacos! Consummé was hearty and tasty. Rice and beans are delicious. Chips and salsa were OK. I prefer a lighter chip and more tomato based salsa. I will always come here for Birria and am glad to have found this place!
As always, I will start with the "As Delivered" photo to lend that perspective. Food was packed well and organized in a logical order.I'll first start with the Beef Taco as the Carne Asada Fries are the star of the show. I used the Red Sauce on the Taco as I favored it more than the salsa. It had a nice flavor to it and just the right amount of heat. The food here is incredible, definitely order the corn on the cob if you get a chance, incredibly rich, i've noticed the items here are larger than most, I was full after eating a quarter of a burrito, and I'm a pretty big guy.this Mexican restaurant has a unique and balanced use of cheese, on this burrito, the San Felipe order, there was a layer of crispy cheese. this was wonderful, definitely go check it out
