We have always liked the cilantro quinoa bowls. This time we tried them with the blackened fish. I had the salmon and my girl had the mahi mahi. Her's was so spicy she could not eat it. If you like really spicy food it is right up your alley. I eat a lot of spicy foods, and I found it pretty spicy also.Downside, she could not eat the fish, upside, she gave it to me.The atmosphere is ok, like it has always been. I like the self-serve drinks and the salsa bar.We will go back, just not for the blackened mahi mahi.

Ordered a delivery from here. Three times, and asked for salsa on order, also called ahead and reminded them to give me red mild salsa, all three times they agreed they would, and not once have they actually done it. Why agree to do it and turn around and spite me by giving me none. I don’t eat Mexican food with no salsa (who eats dry food with nothing on it?) so I just endup not eating it and it’s a waste of my money. This place isn’t cheap yet somehow they screw you over everytime. I will no longer be ordering from Rubio’s, your staff is incompetent

$13.49 for a steak bowl with about a dozen small pieces of steak. I ordered lettuce on the side and it's barely a handful. This is probably because I put no tip on my mobile order, even though it's automatically set to 15 percent. Tip is for good service, which should not be given before an order is even made. Very frustrated after a poor experience at this same location. Manager must really skimp on portion sizes to cut costs.

My husband had to wait an hour to get our food, the cashier put our order under the wrong name so we did not get called and my husband had to go up three times to ask for our order update he even asked if she mistook his name and she still said no, it took another customer asking why my husband has been waiting so long to get help. By the time we got our food it was cold .

I'm usually a fan of Rubio's. We tried the delivery service today and that was a mistake. The delivery arrived over 30 minutes late. This store is only 4.2 miles away! All the food was with the order. Unfortunately there was no napkins, no utensils, and NO salsa! Due to the delayed delivery all the guacamole had turned brown, which is very unappealing. The tacos were cold and with no salsa, they were bland too. I'll eat here again, but I'm going to pick it up myself.
The blackened Mahi Mahi tacos are the best! Great salsa selection.

Skip the bowls. Steak bowl. Mostly rice and beans. The steak was dry and flavorless. I'm sorry, but this bowl is a rip off for $13! Sticking to chipotle for bowls. The quesadilla kids meal with fries and a drink for $7 is great. Delicious and reasonably priced.

my food sat for 15 minutes because blonde chick and girl w pink highlights didn't feel like calling out the names, the least you could do is have the ticket facing the counter so i can grab it. why face the names away from the customers if you're not going to call them out?
