Went in and asked if they had gift cards and the guy was rude and said "that's not our business " what exactly does that mean? Would hate to be an owner of this place and not know exactly how my employees are interacting with new potential customers. This was our first visit or experience. I a young lady saved him by actually looking into the matter and letting us know they did not have gift cards. So we bought an amazing sour and some IPA. Good luck with your business

I am not a beer drinker, but my husband is. I do enjoy sweet, heavy, chocolatey beers and tasted the Nunca Muerta and No Joy. These are both absolutely delicious! You can get small pours too, so I got a 4 ounce of No Joy. It is so good. One star deducted for atmosphere. Although it is beautifully decorated with comfy velvet chairs, on the particular day we were there, a DJ was blasting music excessively loud--like difficult to have a conversation with someone--Loud. So Unnecessary. A weird thing to was, they had 3 TV's. One had a football game on, one had baseball game, and the other had Bob Ross painting! Lol

We went on a Saturday to watch a reggae band. The service is great, the beers are freezing cold and delicious. Definitely try the frozen slushies. There was a food truck parked outside and it was bomb! We had a great time, and we'll be back again. Kid friendly, too!

For a microbrew, this place has some very tasty beers and beer blends. The menu was small but mighty with a good amount of different types of beers ranging from light and drinkable to sours to IPAs to blends of beer aged in whiskey and wine barrels!We got a couple of drinkable beers (fun beer names that switch out now and then) along with a flight of 5 4oz beers. With the 7 different beer types, we tried they were all good.Inside there is lots of room with many tables and outdoor seating where you can find bands and other fun events scheduled each week. Very modern design inside. Clean bathrooms and parking spots are easy to get to.While they do not serve food you can always find a food truck parked out front and there are some tasty food trucks.Definitely, a place to go with friendly staff that know their beers and can help you out!

The food was excellent, our server was the best, she was so sweet, so kind and so caring. At the end of our dinner, she even gave us ice cream for free, such a great restaurant recommended to everyone and anyone inside the restaurant, it looks wonderful. It's kind of hole in the wall, but that's ok, everything else in there is wonderful. But you get your own little table and you have plenty of room.

This place is excellent. It's become our Monday night hang out. 5 dollar draft pours for happy hour, dog friendly, and stand up comedy night! Can't get much better than that. The comedians that come on Monday are always hilarious and a good time. I highly recommend this place for the beers, atmosphere and great people. The bartender Tim runs the bar by himself and you wouldn't even know that it's just him back there. There's no waiting on your beverage. He's proficient and can tell that he loves his job. Definitely give this place a go. You won't be disappointed.

Had a great time watching a local band member of Spanish Love Songs play a set while sipping some brew. The atmosphere was chill and the inside was clean and contemporary. Tried a few different drafts and the service from all staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The grilled cheese food truck was a delicious addition. Give them a try for date night!

The atmosphere, the beer, the people ??Great place to come if you enjoy unique craft beer and sours.I'm not usually a sour drinker, but their Head Huntin and Temecula Sunrise are so refreshing, fruity, and not overly sour at all.They also offer specialty brews every so often. Currently, they have a brown ale aged in bourbon barrels (No Joy)And Song & Poem, which is a hybrid wine/ beer drink made with cab sauv grapes and vanilla!

While searching for a cool, new place last Saturday to have a cool refreshing beer, I came upon Solaris Beer & Blending, and to my surprise it is only a short distance from home. What a great find!Modern, artistic decor with an eclectic vibe, and eclectic brews!Multi genre music, with a vinyl preference. Live "Open Mic" days, live band weekends!No "Cover Bands"!Food Truck vendors that are not the typical "Garden Variety" found in the area.Oh...almost forgot. Amazing, original craft beers, and sours that that will knock your socks off!Ken was very friendly and explained that the brewery was started by a group of ex band members and musicians that wanted to create an environment that would appeal to various people, yet have a mellow, relaxing atmosphere, yet offer entertainment that could relax you, or have you jammin' to the likes of Snoop, Eagles, Jimi, 80's, 90's, Mega Death, Jazz or Joni Mitchell. The place boasts a huge modernistic room, with table, chairs, a counter, and an outdoor seating area with a stage for performers. My wife had the Temecula Sunrise - Sour Hefeweizen with Strawberry and Pineapple, and I requested the Door into Summer - Hazy IPA with 100% Citra & Cascade hops. Both were the best I've had in SoCal, and I cannot not wait to return and sample everything!My NEW Fri-Yay place!
