I ordered a dragon fruit with lemonade, and it was made incorrectly all the Starbucks I go to always make it correctly in this individual didn’t make it correctly, and I had to ask him to remake it and then when he finally made it at third time he didn’t even mix in the dragon fruit I had asked for extra dragon fruit on top as I like to eat it as a snack and when I seen that he wasn’t making it right I asked him to remake it. He made it three times still making it incorrectly and I did pay for extra dragon fruit and he was trying to say I have to charge you for that in the end. I just got a refund horrible customer service.

This is a smaller location right next to a very busy road. Has 8 or 9 tables inside with only 1 charging station. Large outdoor seating tho very busy road right beside. Noisy, but staff is SUPER NICE! Never had bad service here! Just small!

This Starbucks is a great spot to enjoy a coffee or a refreshing drink, and it has a nice sit-down, hang-out vibe. Just a quick heads-up: between 3:30 and 4:30 p.m., it gets crowded with students from the nearby schools. Also, note that this location doesn't have a drive-through, so you'll need to head inside. If you're looking for a more relaxed environment to study or work, try coming in the morning or after 4:30 p.m.

Veterans Day, they did not offer me a free coffee! I had to ask for manager approval. It was rude and awkward. Very disappointing!!

This morning I went through the drive-thru and ordered what I usually get once a week a cup of pumpkin cold foam (which I always pay for). I’m not sure what changed, but the associate, Ellie, gave me a hard time about my order. In the past, I’ve never had an issue, but today she was short and rude with me. First, she gave me the wrong foam. When I pointed it out, she took it back and returned with the correct one, but it was only half-filled in a tall cup. She mentioned she asked her manager, Joel, who said it was “policy.” This was surprising, because it’s always been done before without a problem, and I’ve always paid for it. I’m not sure why this became an issue today especially so early in the morning but the attitude and the way the situation was handled left me really disappointed.

Maddie tried but it something that doesn't sit right, the lead person was no help only irritated matters, she should be lead. Nontheless, I go to this starbuck a lot. I pay good money only to be told if I need to use the restroom I have to by something when it isn't streamlined across the board. I have never been told I have to purchase anything to use the restroom. However, if this is the SOP as of Jan 27th then all starbucks need to do this. I just do not get it but their reviews of one Stars says it all, it is THIS STARBUCKS! Sorry but this store has issues. I gifted my purchase.

Nice staffs but in the last two times I've been here my hot grande drinks are never filled completely. There's like almost an inch from the rim of the cup that's empty.

I really use to enjoy going to this Starbucks every single day since 2013 but now it is an uncomfortable experience. Not the same Starbucks it was before new management!! They don’t treat their loyal customers with respect. I get things change but what keeps a business standing is the treatment of your customers. Good to keep in mind that sometimes it is the little things that keep us coming back. You’ve lost a loyal customer.

Terrible service from all staff went there with my family at 7 pm and person that was at the register to take my order was very rude she even went ahead and selected my tip option for no tip manager was not helpful at all I would not recommend this starbucks I feel totally disappointed for Starbucks.
Hope corporate take care of this situation and get rid of this rude people.
