Isaiah is wonderful but as far as starbucks as a chain its mid coffee I recommend going to a local shop if you want good coffee but if you want good service come here Isaiah was really nice and gave me an amazing vibe 10/10 service totally recommend

I purchased a matcha tea today and had stomach cramps and have been throwing up and sick to my stomach. I immediately called the store to let them know about it. The burista did not handle my complaint well. The manager needs to look into this. I may have to go to the ER.

I experienced stomach pain and vomiting after drinking matcha latte. It tastes more bitter and lots of whole bits of matcha at the bottom. It didn't prepare it right!!

They always make all the drinks incorrectly and then when you tell them they don’t care, no apologies, no solution

This is the worst Starbucks in the Temecula Valley and the worst I have ever been to. I have tried multiple times to see if it was just randomly bad, but it is not. They take FOREVER to make the drinks and food, they continuously make the drink recipes wrong, they loose mobile orders and don’t keep the facility clean. It has taken up to 20 minutes to get 1 grande iced coffee with cream. It is very disappointing since it is the closest to our house. If you have a choice to go to a different location, do it!
