The Starbucks is in an ideal location but the last 4 times they have made our drinks incorrectly despite taking our order and repeating everything back to us.

I think a lot of the team members are new and so the quality has dropped over time.

Terrible service, I have been here quite a bit, but no more, I don't understand, Starbucks in general offers terrible service, can't complete your order, get it wrong, or simply won't serve you. Giggling barista, looking at their phone, they are made aware that a customer is waiting. But still their phone is more important. Walked out, never went back.

This morning I went through the drive-thru and ordered what I usually get once a week a cup of pumpkin cold foam (which I always pay for). I’m not sure what changed, but the associate, Ellie, gave me a hard time about my order. In the past, I’ve never had an issue, but today she was short and rude with me. First, she gave me the wrong foam. When I pointed it out, she took it back and returned with the correct one, but it was only half-filled in a tall cup. She mentioned she asked her manager, Joel, who said it was “policy.” This was surprising, because it’s always been done before without a problem, and I’ve always paid for it. I’m not sure why this became an issue today especially so early in the morning but the attitude and the way the situation was handled left me really disappointed.

My wife and I stopped by. It’s my birthday and we made sure to mention it at drive thru. I asked again when at window to confirm they use the birthday drink and the girl at window said it should be okay. We were still charged and won’t return to this location. This was before close at 10:15 8/23.

We stopped by this Starbucks branch to grab a coffee and some pastries since it’s close to my doctor’s office.

As soon as we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. We were greeted by Becca (I believe that was her name), who was so friendly and sweet!

The barista made my drink perfectly, and we really enjoyed this location because of how clean and inviting it is. Definitely one of the better Starbucks spots we’ve been to!

Came through the drive through at 10:10 and it says that it was open.The person at the driver said they close AT10AT1030.You gotta update that website that's not right , drove , thirty five minutes away just to see it , it's closed shaking my head
