I like coffee. And I like your restaurant. But you don't like your staff. It's like they're all... they're all tired. Well, change them... just everyone. Take it and change it. Because I'm at the checkout for 8 minutes... and no employee came up to take an order from me. They're just doing something... just busy. That's it. A guy without a uniform came out. Probably a manager. He looked back at me, and immediately the girl who was busy immediately became free and started taking an order from me...

They are usually pretty good with orders. The other day, they messed up on our order. I told them that it was wrong and what it was supposed to be. It was still wrong. The person had an attitude, so I wasn't about to deal with it again.. I won't be going there for a minute

The first time I visited this Starbucks the lady felt rude to me but I decided to give it another chance and I was helped through the drive thru. I believe Nick helped me and he was very nice and even helped me find the drink I was looking for as I don’t go to Starbucks often:) Thank you for the Mango Dragonfruit tea

Went there this morning. Black Coffee was just barely warm and they gave me the wrong sandwich. Went through drive through , so didn’t check the sandwich until I got to work. Go to the one off Los Alamos if you’re in the area.
Just had coffee. Restroom had bad soil on floor that wasn't cleaned for over 90 mins. Had used rest room initially and on way out after some work. The place seem to have trainees being trained all of the time I was there. This is feedback for the manager to maintain the place..

Out of 3 orders I’ve made, only one came out okay. I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha light on ice. It came out with no whip, watered down coffee. Basically dirty water. Tastes nothing like what I usually order. Second, my honey citrus tea. Tasted more like hot water than anything minted or what it should be. Waste of money. First and last Starbucks location I’ll ever be at. Double check or triple check your order, especially your drinks.

Store gets busy so you may have to wait some.
I waited an hour for my drink the other day and had to remind them twice to make it. They offered me a $4 gift card that they didn't even activate. Went to another starbucks today expecting a little off my drink, I'm so embarrassed.

ordered a sweet cream vanilla cold brew through the drive thru, came out looking way different then every other time ive ever ordered it. went inside to ask if the drink was what i ordered. immediately got looked at and got a “UH” from the white girl with orange hair and laughed at by the brunette. obviously they knew my drink was wrong. i get the same thing every time I come to Starbucks so i know what my vanilla sweet cream cold brew is supposed to look like. maybe hire adults who know how to do their job and know what proper customer service is instead of hiring rude teenagers who are lazy and don’t know how to make a proper cold brew.
On this Tuesday at about 1pm, very calm. Staff is fun and act like real humans with team community and not robots.Store is clean and very open feeling.This is a well built location in many ways.

Just visited this store with my 2 young daughters. (6:15pm 2/10) And as luck would have it… my youngest spills a full 16 oz Hot Chocolate all over our table. The young man behind the counter sprinted into action and cleaned and mopped the entire mess!!!! All the while doing everything he could to put us at ease. The rest of the staff quickly helped us out with the rest of our order. Thank you!!! THANK YOU!!!! And to management, your crew is excellent communication… extraordinary customer service!!! And this needs to be acknowledged.
Kid-friendliness: The staff was really very efficient and accommodating. Very, very pleased with our visit.
