Me and my wife come to this Starbucks twice a day for coffee. They are always friendly and fast. My wife gets a tall hot sugar free vanilla latte with an extra pump of sugar free vanilla upsidedown blonde shots made with breve. It's a complicated drink and they never get it wrong. Timmon is the manager and he runs a tight ship. All of the staff is the best of the best.

This locations staff and manager Timon are amazing. Both of my daughters work for Starbucks at a different location. I come to this location twice a day or more. The store is always clean the staff is friendly and it’s obvious the manager is working hard and paying attention ALWAYS. The drive though is always fast but drinks are still perfect . I can’t say enough positive things about this store ❤️

the manager, tymon has a serious attitude issue that needs adjustment. i have been inside the store multiple times over the past few weeks. the way he speaks to the employees, specifically his females coworkers, is completely unacceptable. disappointing and frustrating to see. the district manager needs to step in and correct this behavior. i will be reaching out to corporate.

The girl working drive thru was very rude. She said what's your name handed my order and didn't say another word. I said thank you and literally just ignored me. If it had zero stars I would put it. Better off going to Los Alamos location!!

Update may 10 2024 ....again they added caramel when it clearly say none ...another $8 cup of coffee I've had to throw away cause I'm not gonna turn around and spend another 20mins+ getting it fixed ...

Today I had the worst experience I have ever had with Starbucks and their locations. Today I made a mobile order at the wrong location, when I arrived at the location I had thought I placed my order the barista told me that I didn’t have an order there and to check the location. When I realized I was at the wrong the location the barista offered to make my drink and food, but unfortunately I didn’t have the time to wait because I had to drive to work in San Diego. When I called the location where my mobile order was Kayla who is the shift supervisor informed me that she was unable to process a refund over the phone and that I would have to come into the location. When I had let her know that the location isn’t close to me and that I don’t have time to come in for that process and if I could speak to a manager. She then replied with a very irritated tone and attitude and saying she is the shift supervisor and she’s telling me that I have to come in. When I kept telling her the reason why I couldn’t come in, she proceeded to get an attitude and tell me that I can come in during the week and get the refund processed. When I informed her once again why I wasn’t able to do that and if she could have the store manager call me, she proceeded to get an attitude even worse and asked what my name was and when I told her, she said oh I see your order here and then proceeded to say what my order was. When I replied to her and said yes that is my order, she then said that I could come in anytime to get my refund processed. When I had told her for the third time why I wasn’t able to do that and to have a manager call me, she said sure and hung up the phone on me without grabbing my number for someone to get a hold of me.When I called back I spoke with a boy named “Jake”, I’m not sure if that was his real name and his attitude was just as condescending and disrespectful just like Kayla. I have been to different Starbucks locations and this is the first time I’ve ever had to deal with such a nasty and disrespectful attitude all because I wanted to speak with the store manager about processing a refund. Train your staff better because this isn’t a good look.
