The girl with red hair super nice and friendly, but I felt so bad for her as the guy & girl wirh short black hair wearing glasses just kind of stand around doing nothing... but taken orders making no drinks. The red haired girl was running all around doing everything! The girl with short black hair & glasses also refused to sell me pumpkin bread in the wrapper to stay sanitary (as every Starbucks we gone to does), stating her district manager will not allow them. Therefore, I will be sure to track down the district manager name she refuse to give me & report to the health board & BBB

CASSIE is amazing. She's extremely professional and makes the best coffee. Every time she's there she always has a smile and say's hello. She can turn a bad day into a positive one. Which let's admit is needed before we have our coffee. Thank you Cassie and Thank you Starbucks for having her part of your team.

Friendly, helpful, fast working.

I just left this Starbucks location and wanted to share some feedback about my experience. When Cassandra took my order, I felt she was a bit impatient and dismissive while I was asking questions about a new drink on the app. Her tone came across as sarcastic, which made the interaction uncomfortable. In my opinion, she may be better suited for a role behind the counter making the drinks rather than at the register, where strong customer service skills are essential.

Aside from that, the overall atmosphere was great — the store was very clean, the food and drinks were excellent, and the rest of the team was friendly and professional.

Barista jess is the best at this location she is kind respectful and she treats everyone equally no matter what the situation is

So I came in to pick up a doordash order at 2:34 today and went to where we always pick up the orders and the kid said you have to go talk to the girl taking the orders which isnt how its done ...finally after waiting in line I ask the girl and she goes and grabs the bag right where the kid was standing but he was too busy talking to other people showing off thinking he's cool ...she then hands me the order ...someone needs to train that kid which would have took all of 10 secs to get the bag and hand it too me but since he didnt want too made my on time status go down ...do better Starbucks!

Barnstable asked if I had tried my drink with a certain twist. Which I hadn't. I was open to it, and I loved it. He of course would have remade it if I hadn't liked it at all. May come back to him for more suggestions (I don't go to starbucks often because of how the company treats their workers, but when I do I will go to this particular barista).

I walked in to this Starbucks off Cal oaks murrieta two very young kids one young girl one young boy. They have no customer service They were too busy have their own conversation that they can't even acknowledge a customer. Just ignored until the guy decided to realize they have a customer? make you paycheck horrible customer service or actually 🤔 none at all. Don't go here.,Hire people who atlease say hello???

We ask if we can you the restroom around 5:20pm and the cashier asked if i was going to buy anything and I said Me and my girlfriend need to used the rest room and i was turned down that i had to buy something. I have over $80 dollars on my App with Starbucks and this location has no sympathy also customer service, I've have purchased coffee and breakfast sandwiches before.
What a sorry situation!

Great place to wait around for your kids from Murrieta Mesa to be picked up. The kids got out of school and walked to Starbucks with ample parking, they will have their treats and you have yours too.
