This morning, I was disappointed to discover that Starbucks has discontinued my preferred beverage, Java chip. Starbucks eliminate 14 menu items, including my favored drink, raises questions about the company's strategic direction, particularly given its position as a multinational corporation. It appears that Starbucks is downsizing implementing cost-reduction measures, which is unexpected.

Parking: Young lady was so friendly kind. They're always very upbeat, helpful, great coffee and food service at this location ?

I showed up 20 minutes before my son started, 10 minutes later they haven’t even started with my drinks order I literally had to cancel and get refunded if you’re in no rush this is a place for you but if you’re on a time crunch, you should go to another Starbucks because they take their sweet time and recommend drive-through they get your order out right away!

I had a very pleasant encounter yesterday the nicest welcoming young man. Wish I could remember his name.I went in to purchase a gift card .He was very kind, helpful & well mannered ...A refreshing change for Starbucks..It appears the store could have used another assistant..the store needed a little attention to clean up...But none the less... This young associate made a five star difference. Thank you ?

Stay away from these scammers!! It was either the skinny black girl or the white heavy set girl with the short dark hair filled my cup up with whip cream halfway. Then gave me the blended Frappuccino like cheating me out of my money on a venti Starbucks drink. What a scam I hate this place!!!

I ordered one drink and it took me more than 15 minutes of waiting, the customers who were behind me in line even got their drink, and eventually they got me the wrong drink, I order a hot drink but it came out to be a latte?
