I had a very pleasant encounter yesterday the nicest welcoming young man. Wish I could remember his name.I went in to purchase a gift card .He was very kind, helpful & well mannered ...A refreshing change for Starbucks..It appears the store could have used another assistant..the store needed a little attention to clean up...But none the less... This young associate made a five star difference. Thank you ?

The staff are just TOP NOTCH!!! They know you by name & make the whole experience SO PERSONAL & special!!! They know the coffee I usually get & the size. My day doesn't start without them!!! I ❤️

Person bringing up people decided to ask me to step aside so she could ring up a guy that was picking out coffee and I was at the register waitingAnd the right thing to do was ring me up first but she didn'tAll I wanted was a refill on coffeeBut I think I won't come back to this Starbucks in the morningThis happened at 11:20 am
