I got egg bites for my daughter with my sandwich and drink this morning. She usually loves them. I didn’t check until we got home and unfortunately the egg bites were overcooked and slightly burnt. We get these often enough to know it isn’t the norm but I’m very disappointed the barista wouldn’t cook a new set when they noticed it happened. They were too overdone to eat.

I love this Starbucks. The baristas are always happy and kind. My kids always giggle in the drive thru because of the sweet workers. It’s right by my house so we visit often on the way to work. They’re also great at making their beverages just right. On the rare occasion there’s a mistake — they happily fix it.

This Starbucks is fantastic. There are a few near my house but I drive here every time. The manager, Jonathan, is one of the best managers in customer service. He has gone out of his way to make orders right if there is a mess up (which is super rare at this store though- they are greqt) and makes you feel welcome at his store. People don't acknowledge the good enough and he deserves some credit! Excellent starbucks location.
