The spinach wrap i got wasn't even a 12 foot more like 1 tortilla an a half I paid for 2 tortillas which would be 12 inch. But anyways by the time I got it it was soggy so therefore didn't enjoy it my son got the 6inch which was a 3 biter they really ripped me off I wont be going back so look at your order guys my order was 32.79 for not even2 wraps 1 in a half

The two women who made my food were friendly. I drove to this location 15min away from my home because the one near me closed down. When I got home and began to eat the sandwich I was excited to have a tuna from here because it had been so long. As I bit into one of the halves, a long hair had held onto the bite I was trying to take from inside the sandwich . This ruined my lunch. Not hungry and now very grossed out I called and politely called the store to request a refund. I had to drive another 15 min both ways(30 min total to get a partial refund because the woman said she cannot refund the %10 tip I had given . So now grossed out and not getting my full refund I will not be coming back to this store.

I used to go come here because you actually got meat on your sandwich compared to Subway. I just ordered an ATC sandwich with extra meat. I got two layers which is the same as subway without paying for extra meat. She then proceeded to put my avocado on. I got four small pieces on a large sandwich. This place is a rip off.

I have never been to this Submarina, but unless I’m desperate for a sandwich I won’t come back. The service was terrible. The lady was not friendly and rude as hell. She just slapped everything on even though there was not a single other customer. I ordered the Bigfoot sandwich with avocado and she just put was was left in the tray because she was too lazy to cut anymore. I’m talking I got not even half an avocado for the largest sandwich they have. I even asked for extra and she just looked at me and wrapped my sandwich up without even acknowledging that I asked. Might wanna check on your employee. Super disappointed.
