The pastrami sandwich is awesome make sure you put pickle and tomato mayonnaise mustard good combination taste delicious

I have never been to this Submarina, but unless I’m desperate for a sandwich I won’t come back. The service was terrible. The lady was not friendly and rude as hell. She just slapped everything on even though there was not a single other customer. I ordered the Bigfoot sandwich with avocado and she just put was was left in the tray because she was too lazy to cut anymore. I’m talking I got not even half an avocado for the largest sandwich they have. I even asked for extra and she just looked at me and wrapped my sandwich up without even acknowledging that I asked. Might wanna check on your employee. Super disappointed.

First time here and it felt like stepping into a subway or blimpies in the 90s. Bread was fresh, turkey was sliced to order, and the sandwich came with a handful of avocados

So so upset and disappointed!!! Just made an online order tonight and my husband went to pick it up. When he came home, I found out that most of the orders are messed up. Wrong bread on one, the other is missing ALL the vegetables and dressings, and wrong sizes of sandwiches. I hate that I even provided a tip! What’s more unfortunate is that we can’t go back and ask them to fix it because they are closed for the night. I just want my money back at this point.

I really really like this Submarina, but it seems that every time I order (not in person) I ALWAYS get white cheese. I CAN NOT eat white cheese it makes me gag. I called to get a new sandwich (yes it was THIS location) and they said they don’t recall my order, which is really disappointing b/c I am at work and can not leave so now I’m stuck with a sandwich I don’t want to eat. I guess I’ll just be coming in from now on and watching every ingredient being put on my sandwich since my order can’t be rectified b/c no one recalls my order. I’m so upset, I haven’t eaten since breakfast.
