I went to this location on Winchester road on March 18th at 4:40pm . When I entered the store the guy named Jermy was standing there and he looked at me but did not wish me .i stood there for five /six minutes and off and on he kept looking at me but did not ask me what I want . The girl was standing back room and she rushed to me when she saw me standing there and asked me how can I help you . Then I requested her to make me two foot longs and also asked me that how long I was standing there , then I told her that I am a regular customer of this location but today I was pissed off by the behavior of Jermy the sales associate. I will appreciate if anyone can give me a feed back from the management side on this incident because this kind of behavior of an employee is bad for any business.

Staff doesn't acknowledge anyone and just sits there doing To go orders without saying anything then gives the customers an attitude I was first in line and it took 15 minutes for them to help us in person customers. Subway needs a better plan for their to go orders absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

Rude staff, rushed, impatient, short handed and out of almost everything. Literally ordered a grill cheese with pickles. That was all!Was charged for extra cheese. Two ingredients. Minimal cheese when she put it on to begin with. Her welcome when coming in the door was “hi our dining room is closed, we only have white bread and no more side kicks, are you placing an order to go? “

I just want to say that I have enjoyed this location three times and I like it.The food is good and the two women who work there are very nice.I have ordered two sandwiches which have turkey or roast beef and are decked with plenty of chopped lettuce and sliced tomatoes.Both sandwiches are very good and I recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a good sandwich shop.I plan to visit as often as it is possible to do so.Thank you for good food and good service.

Sloppiest sandwich I’ve ever had in Subway, and I get exact same sandwich for years. It’s falling apart and I had to use a fork to eat it. Again it’s same ingredients I always order. Too much sauce, huge amount of veggies. Next time I’ll use other Subway near by. The woman who made it should be ashamed. If someone make same sandwich for you you wouldn’t be happy right? You feed people, not animals!
