Ordered a crispy chicken burrito through DoorDash, DoorDash called and explained that they didn’t not have a crispy chicken I requested a diffrent item they initially agreed then the DoorDash driver texted saying they changed their mind and made something else and it was too late to change when I called to try and talk to a manager my call was ignored multiple times. Will not be going back.

Came to Taco Bell drive thru 12/17/25 at 7:54 waiting patiently for them to open, 7:59 comes around guy comes through the speaker phone, I place my meal, then dude tells me “just so you know we don’t open until 8pm,” I say Pm? He say “no sorry 8am,” yeah I didn’t ask what time you guys open, take my order and on to the next. Train your employees better Please!!

Terrible pickup experience today.
I walked in, gave my name, and a white staff member just said “they are working on it.” I waited 10 minutes and noticed an order sitting on the pickup rack with no seal and no receipt. I asked again, he repeated “still working.” After another 10 minutes, I asked once more — only then did he talk to his leader I guess(a young Latino guy), who immediately realized that was my order, sealed it, and handed it to me.
I ended up wasting 20 minutes for nothing.
If you’re a trainee, please communicate better and ask your coworkers instead of making customers wait blindly. Your mouth is not just for decoration. I’m really fed up with this attitude

Served meat to my vegetarian sister and cheese to her lactose intolerant son. Not the place to come if you have diet restrictions, despite what is advertised.

I ordered my food for my family and not only was the order incorrect but there was food missing that I paid for on my receipt. I did not receive napkins or hot sauce. Then when o tried to call the location, the phone didn’t work. I really wish they would pay for decent employees.

Went through the drive-thru the service was good and the Drive-Thru was quick but Taco Bell needs to work on their ingredient quality the Cheesy Street Chalupas was 3 out of 5 and the Cantina Chicken Quesadilla was a 2 out of 5. It had some of the worst tasting cheese I've ever had I think Kraft singles would have been a better choice.
