My 2 teenage sons went in together. One of them had a free taco coupon (no purchase necessary) and ordered. My other son took in a .99 cent bean burrito coupon and tried to place a separate order. They denied him the use of the coupon!!! It clearly states “one per person”. What a joke!

We actually didn't order anything. No one was at the counter, and I feel like customers are supposed to order on the app or the kiosk. Taco Bell has online exclusive offers only available through the app. We at down and attempted to order. I wanted a bean burrito with extra green sauce and extra cheese, but I didn't see an option to request green sauce. I gave up trying to order and we left without getting any food

This place is a joke. I only went to this place because I needed to grab gas and it was the only warm food between the gas station and home. I paid nine dollars for a Cantina bowl. It’s absolute garbage. Here’s a picture of what it’s supposed to look like next to a picture of the nonsense that I got.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. It's not gourmet or upscale or authentic Mexican food, and it doesn't say it is. It's fast food that's different from the usual burgers and chicken routine when you want something different.
This review is for the Taco Bell in Murrieta, CA on Jefferson. It is clean, neat, and well run. They have always gotten our order right and the customer service has always been good. The food has been made to standard and we've had no issues with "thrown together" items.
As a fast food alternative I recommend this location.

Edit. Whoever is training your people told them that hot sauce is gold or something. We all know it costs you a penny, if I want twenty, give me twenty. ORIGINAL 5 STAR was based on getting sauce. If you change your ways, I'll change my review back. Love a taco bell that isn't shy with the hot sauce.

Arrived 20 minutes before closing.(12:40am), and drive thru employee stated “since we close in 20 minutes, we’re all out of food”. I pulled around and there was vehicle at the window getting their food. Seems to be not in accordance with corporate guidelines.
