Ordered 2 quesadillas with extra cheese since I know this location doesn’t put much cheese on many of their items especially quesadillas. While in drive thru, I saw my order and that I was charged $1 for extra cheese. What I received did NOT have extra cheese. I called the store and a lady or child who doesn’t speak very good English answered the phone. I asked for a manager and she said tmrw at 11. I then asked for another person that can look at my quesadilla and tell me if it had $1 worth of cheese or not. She hung up. I called back again and I’m assuming it’s the same kid as before because she didn’t say anything when she answered the phone and just walked away. For the last 18 minutes I have been recording the call. So while I’ve been sitting here waiting for the kid to answer me, she’s tied up the phone for all the other complaints which I know are a lot just based on my experience at this location. All I wanted to do was give my daughter a quesadilla with cheese on it

Staff is excellent. “Welcome” and “Have a nice day” when you come and go. Great food, friendly staff… what more can you ask for?
The best Taco Bell location!! The employees are always so nice and friendly every time I go. Even when it’s different employees, each one of them has a good attitude. The good is always super quick too. I pulled in tonight and saw a long line, I was kind of dreading it, but they helped everyone super quickly! I got my food less than a minute after I paid. Much better than the Winchester location. Plus real people take your order instead of the AI voice Winchester uses.

Was in here right now on 4/8 in the evening. The two team members that we ordered from were exceptional, which says a lot bc Taco Bell is a fast food place and interaction with team members is usually minimal. Their names were Samantha and Juliana.
