This has continuously been the worst taco bell I’ve ever been to. Today I received a Chalupa that had clearly fallen on the floor and had dust bunnies on it. Unfortunately didn’t notice until I was already home.

Today, I was denied service at a Taco Bell location due to their policy requiring customers to use self-order kiosks. I firmly believe that customer service should remain a priority, and this policy undermines that principle. As a paying customer, I shouldn't be expected to place my own order, especially when I'm not an employee of Taco Bell and am not being compensated for doing so. To make matters worse, being denied service because of this new policy is both frustrating and absurd. As a result, I chose to leave without placing my order, as I will not support a business that does not prioritize customer service.

The AI ordering is garbage!!!!! I wanted a regular hard taco and I got 2 plain taco's nothing but meat and a shell. I wanted 2 plain hard taco's and that's what AI interpreted like really that's not at all what I wanted this new system is absolute GARBAGE!!!!!!!

I’m not a professional gas man but I know when I smell natural gas, and the sting of rotten egg smell in the woman’s bathroom was SO bad, I could hardly breath! I said something to the worker but she just said it was probably just the cleaner they used……. I don’t think so. ..needs to be checked out! Even my food tasted like it!!!

Food is good but I don'tike the machines self order is not jobs and using self order I'm sorry I don't like those is always great talk to people if we have a question they answer nicely they smile machine don't answer don't have a beautiful smile doesn't tell me have a nice day people support people no machines

Been sitting here for 40 mins for a mobile order and currently still sitting here. I have work and a schedule to keep. Either they need more employees or something. You can't have people sitting here for 40 minutes.

.update got my food after 45 mins. You think they would hook it up a little.. NOPE complete opposite. Look at this doritos taco after I waited 45 mins

They did give me 2 free tacos coupons. That I will use at a different location so I don't gotta wait almost an hour and they aren't skimpy

For over 50 years Taco Bell has been my favorite. Great fast food, good prices, friendly folks.

Today, at this location, I stood at the front counter waiting to be greeted. Eyes of employees met mine, but no greeting. No nothing. I'm patient, but after several minutes. Still nothing.

I finally placed myself in a position where I couldn't be ignored. I was asked if I had an order to go. I stated "No", and was told without a smile that if I wished to use the kiosk I was welcome.

Sorry. I didn't walk here to be served by a machine. Take your kiosk and lack of positive human interaction and stick it.

Done with this Taco Bell. Obviously management is missing a heart or human element.

This Taco Bell location is a tale of two genders. Get helped by the female employees, have a decent experience. Get helped by the male employees, have a bad experience. I won’t start on the fact that Taco Bell prices went up 438.2% during the time when inflation 46.4%.
