$7 for this quesadilla is outrageous. When they handed me the bag, it felt like there was nothing inside. Paid extra to get chicken didn't realize there was chicken inside while eating it. Should of went to a mexican restaurant and paid a little bit more and actually felt like I got something for my money.

This is the 3rd time going to this location where they have forgotten to put hot sauce in the bag, and I’ve made sure they heard me when I have finished ordering. I understand if it happens once but it happens every single time I go there and I’m annoyed.

Each time I leave this Taco Bell my order is wrong and my taco shells fall apart before I can get them in my mouth. Don't know how this can be fixed. Perhaps the juice from the meat is making the shells soggy. Just sad, can't even enjoy a taco for the amount of money you have to pay for them. Trying to upload my pics.

Danielle, terrible customer service. Closed the window in my face while i was trying to ask for something. Took forever to get the food, and once we did we were missing a drink. After asking for the drink i gave a kind gesture, she rolled her eyes and slammed the window in my face again.

I've visited this location 5 times since opening, and out of those 5 orders 4 were missing items. The latest time they were missing so much of the order I drove back and showed my receipt. They brought the manager out because they had forgot several items and they didn't seem to believe me. I know its hard to believe that they forgot that much food, but I just wanted the food that I paid for.
The Taco Bell off Hot Springs & the Taco Bell off Scott are both much, much more reliable. Even on big orders they rarely forget anything, while this Taco Bell will forget something every time and then give you a hard time about how much they forgot.

Four different employees stared at me when I was asking for help at the counter and they continued with their conversation then gave me attitude when I asked for the receipt. The restaurant was dirty no one bothered stepping out to clean up. I guess they were busy laughing at customer because something was funny to them back there. The tacos were stale and lacking filing. It’s crazy the price of food goes up and yet it’s worse food and treatable service.
I would never recommend anyone visit this new taco bell here. They clearly don’t care about their job.
New please but employees are just playing around and screaming like little kids. Please was dirty, tables sticky and food was stale. The restroom was also dirty.

This was my first time eating at Taco Bell since December 2024. I had avoided it because I’m not a fan of using self-order kiosks, and other locations had previously told me it was their policy not to take orders at the counter.
However, this new location was a pleasant surprise—they took my order at the counter and provided excellent customer service. I also appreciated how neatly organized the hot sauces were. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

I like taco bell and have tried all location in area, they're all good,
but at this new location Service is very slow. Staff is inexperienced. Quantity of meats and beans in any item is very small. They don't read screen for any special instructions.

They served me super crunchy potatoes, like little rocks. I can’t believe they served it like that. I didn’t eat my tacos. They were out of steak and what they needed for the limited time flavor freeze. overall a wack late night run.

Dined in on 8/27 11:45 am I don't care that my taco shell was broken cause it was probably an accident, but I tried the steak street chalupa and It was made poorly barely any meat sauce on only one side. It was not busy. Won't come to this location again or order those stree chalupas anywhere else if that's how much meat comes with it I can go get more protein in just two regular tacos
