This is the 3rd time going to this location where they have forgotten to put hot sauce in the bag, and I’ve made sure they heard me when I have finished ordering. I understand if it happens once but it happens every single time I go there and I’m annoyed.
Team creates an amazing environment for all customers, I’m a frequent visitor of Tacobell I’ve gone to plenty of Tacobells in the murrietta area this one is by far the best! I’ve been coming here as a regular and they hit the spot every time! Thank you to the staff
This was my first time eating at Taco Bell since December 2024. I had avoided it because I’m not a fan of using self-order kiosks, and other locations had previously told me it was their policy not to take orders at the counter.
However, this new location was a pleasant surprise—they took my order at the counter and provided excellent customer service. I also appreciated how neatly organized the hot sauces were. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!
