Talia Restaurant delivers a flawless and unforgettable culinary experience, built on an unwavering farm-to-table philosophy. The food is spectacular, bursting with freshness and vibrant, seasonal flavors. The dining experience is elevated by an excellent service staff that is attentive and knowledgeable, along with a good wine list featuring thoughtful selections. The true highlight, however, is the dessert, which is simply the best I have ever had. Talia is highly recommended for anyone seeking a truly exceptional meal.

Dining in this restaurant was an entire experience. The service was on point, servers and buzzers were attentive and always checking on us but the real star of the night was the food and drinks. Every single plate we order was so so delicious, well crafted and well thought.

It was a busy evening but everything was still amazing. Our server and server's assistant were so kind and attentive. As someone with Celiac disease the menu had incredible variety of safe options. The chefs are incredible - the flavor combinations are complex, unexpected, and incredibly delicious. This was our second time dining there and truly worth the time and money. Just a perfectly lovely evening out.

Wonderful dinner. We ate outside since the weather was so nice. Food was terrific but the patio chairs are very uncomfortable. We had the homemade focaccia bread with ricotta cheese, kale salad, scallops, and salmon. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. The chef is a master at his craft. They even had a few local Temecula wineries on their wine list. We will definitely be back. It was a lovely evening!

The food, the mixed drinks, the service (Andy & Jesus) were top notch. Just ask Andy to guide you with the menu/ drinks and you won't be disappointed. Will definitely be returning again to try new items on the menu.

I had a wonderful experience at Talia. Took a break from the mineral pools to have a nice birthday dinner. Isis was my server and was attentive and had good recommendations. All the servers were very knowledgeable about the menu. They offered a complementary glass of champagne for my birthday which was nice. My ribeye was perfectly medium rare. The blackberry was a nice touch. The Lemon Posset dessert was bright and fresh and honestly plated gorgeously, the perfect dessert for a spa day. If you're coming to the hot springs definitely carve out some time to indulge here.

My goal was to propose to my girlfriend in a special way with a wonderful dinner. Talia came through in an unbelievable way. The atmosphere was great, the food was amazing and they have the best and most attentive staff we've ever had. We will definitely be back. Everything was really great. From the start to finish. Service, drinks and Food, outstanding. We ordered the hummus, which you can tell right away that it was fresh and made with the best ingredients. My wife ordered the the Ribeye and it was cooked to perfection. I ordered the tiger prawns and they delicious.

My birthday couldn't have been better. We enjoyed every dish at Talia!!! Alex was so knowledgeable in explaining every dish we chose. We definitely we'll visit when we are in the area. Top Restaurant.
